Dermis Advanced Electrolysis Cosmetic

I bought a 15 minute electrolysis session on Groupon and after scheduling, Rozi said something about parking, but there were so many mistakes in what she wrote that it sounded like gibberish and made no sense. Either she can't write or she is using voice to text and isn't proofreading, but anyway it made no sense. Here is exactly what she wrote:

Live your car in visitors parking area to avoid town west sidem of the building not sign spot or behind the building.

I asked her to clarify what she meant. Did she mean the parking is on the west side of the building? Or avoid the west side? I was confused. Well, apparently she gets offended if her clients ask a question! Her reply was very arrogant and rude. She obviously doesn't value her clients. Glad I canceled before going!!! She needs to learn some customers etiquette. Here's the full conversation. She has the audacity to come back at me and blame me for her condescending attitude. That's when I lost it.

All my hair grew back. I feel scammed

Spent a lot of $ here and was told not to waste my $ on lasar bc electylsis is permanent and lasar isnt. Well it all grew back and lasar is working great !

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I was scammed out of my money! The treatment did not work! I paid in full in good faith to this woman Rozi and I did not complete my treatments because all the hair grew back.I asked her to please refund me the difference of what was not used she ignored my request!Please do not use this place! I searched for another option and laser hair removal worked! I only paid $60 for 6 sessions the results were immediately no hair growing back on my chin area.

I have been going to Rozi for electrolysis. My facial hair has been disappearing with every visit. She is gentle and kind and expert in her field. Awesome services.

The best place to go for the lastest In 3D RF therapy and More! When I go I see Rozi! She is like a therapist and a skin specialist in one! My skin looks years younger and I feel amazing when she is finished! I highly recommend her and this technology for refreshing your skin and spirit! Making an appt right now!!

So RUDE! She got upset with me for asking a questions about the parking. She texted me some unintelligible gibberish about where to park. I politely asked her to clarify what she meant and she instantly cranked up the attitude as if I was annoying her and as if what she wrote made any sense. Here is what she wrote:

She was very condescending for no reason. So unprofessional, a big lack of etiquette.
I decided to cancel my appointment because it's not okay to treat clients like that. It's not like she was going to do me a favor, I was PAYING for a SERVICE!
Then she attacked me by text message for cancelling. I am not too sure what she said though as she speaks very broken English, (which is why we had a misunderstanding in the first place) but something like I should be grateful? (grateful for what, I don't know.) And something else about me being the only one who ever DARED ask her to clarify anything...Her attack made very little sense though, just like her explanation and all the communication.

I was in pain the whole time while Roxy gave treatment she did not explain that I could have been numbed doing the process that I went through for 1 hour. Everywhere that I was pricked the hair is growing it's like I never had treatment I am very disappointed. I spent $69 and gave her a $5 treatment and will not go back

I have been going to Rozy for the last 3 months. The attention to detail is amazing. I feel very fortunate to find someone who is so concerned about my "hair" issues without feeling embarrassed. The type of hair that I have will NOT work with laser treatment. Waxing I end up with ingrown hairs, I want it gone for good, which is why I am doing electrolysis. I have been to others and have been very disappointed and wasted a lot of money in the past. She is always accommodating to my schedule. She doesn't' push you to buy products or schedule appointments, it's up to you. You have to make the commitment. 1treatment does not work for laser and the same thing with electrolysis, you have to see it through to get the results. It works!
