Derrell is awesome. My pc fried itself and after hours of my own work I couldn't figure out the issue. Called him, dropped it off and just over a day later. He was able to figure out the issue and now we are up and running! Thank again!

Hello, I want to begin this review by acknowledging Derrel's kindness and intelligence. He assisted me with a challenging task of reattaching a bracket to my CPU water cooler. Afterwards, he recommended a complete rebuild, to which I reluctantly agreed. While the rebuild was satisfactory, there are some concerns, particularly with the aesthetics, RGB lighting, and additional fans that were not installed - this may have been a result of a communication error. I feel that the pricing was too high, and ultimately, the end result did not fully meet my expectations. Despite this, the system functions well, and the customer service was excellent. I just wish that my system had received a bit more attention to detail. Overall, the service was acceptable.

Went to Derrell after my self-built dual cpu pc was having major problems during boot up, and the Best Buy Geek Squad told me they had no idea what they were doing working on a more specialized setup like this one. Derrell's price for a diagnosis of the problem felt like a steal, and he kept me updated at all times throughout the process. After it was determined that my motherboard was at End-of-Life, he was even able to source a replacement for me and rebuild the pc himself with the new part. Great value for great service from a guy who's an expert at what he does! Thanks Derrell!

I brought my Dell Inspiron 16 with a broken hinge to Derrell after being told outrageous prices by both Dell Support and other local repair techs in strip malls. He was able to completely repair my hinge without needing to order any replacement parts, and in the same day no less! As a college student, this quick and reasonably priced repair was incredibly appreciated, and I'll always recommend my friends to him with computer issues.

PC display randomly stopped working and couldn't figure it out with my own troubleshooting. Dropped my PC off to Derrell and he gave me the run down on the typical diagnostics and troubleshooting that he does. Turns out one of the connections within the PC had come loose and he was able to easily fix it. When I went to pick up the PC within less than 2 hours after dropping it off, Derrell said there was no charge. Gave him a tip and wanted to leave a review about the positive experience. Great to have a PC repair guy so close by!

Lost my broadband/Internet connection. I spent two hours playing around and finally did a network reset. It did not work. Took my computer, modem, and router to Derrell to his location on Euclid Avenue. He checked out everything (for free) and agreed the problem most likely was the router. I went to the Cox store in Santee and they upgraded me to a combination modem-router. At home I connected everything and I now have my broadband/Internet connection back!

Went to Derrell last month because I was giving away an old (really old) MacBook Air and I wanted the keyboard to look "new" with a replacement letter N. Same day, all done. He is most professional, so friendly and helpful.

Now, a month later, I will be taking my 2014 iMac to him - Apple said it needs more help than call-in support could supply. I have NO doubt that Derrell will be the Magician he always is.

Darrell was friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable. Everything you'd want when getting your computer repaired. He didn't try and pull a fast one and add more services that i didn't need. He fixed the problem fast and I'm writing this review from my newly fixed computer. Thank you Derrell! I will be using his service any time I have future issues with my computer

After getting my computer revamped by Derrell, I came back awhile later to get my keys fixed which were so annoying-- they kept typing random letters as I would type.

Derrell fixed in in a day and now my keyboard works perfectly. He did it at no cost!
