Lim is super helpful and nice. After one short phone call, he remembered my name, and he spent a lot of time explaining to me the ins and outs of ceramic coating, as well as giving an honest review of some of the products that other nearby businesses use. He also gave my car a free inspection and noted some spots where the plates weren't aligned and noted the quality of the paint.

We didn't end up going with Lim only because he doesn't offer the specific wrap we wanted, but otherwise would have very happily gone with him!

Highly recommend DBP! I needed a ceramic wrap for my Bronco and requested a handful of quotes. Lim was the first to respond, the most detailed and educated me better than any other business.

Getting my car ready for sale and I requested quotes from a few detail companies; Lim at DetailedByPrecision responded that day and had me describe and send photos of the work to be done. He gave me a reasonable price and turn-around time and an appointment; I had to cancel my first appointment but when I came back to him, he confirmed a new time and delivered the repairs better than I ever hoped to see in 3 hours. He's a man of his word, takes pride in his work and really did an excellent job. I'll bring to him any future work I have. I really like his commitment to quality at a good price. I had the protective coating on my Audi SQ5 on my hood removed which was peeling, scratched and all faded. It was a poor job when applied. I found Lim of DbyP and spoke to him several times as he explained the process for removing the coating, the steps he takes to remove the coating and what he does to restore the car to its original finish. He took longer than anticipated but it was well worth the extra wait because of the tedious attention to detail. The whole process took an entire day. My car looked better than when it came from the dealer. The entire car felt silky smooth and the color even looked richer. I'm glad I brought my car to DbP because of their careful removal of the coating, their attention to detail, and delivering a great finished product!

I was on the fence for a while of whether to ceramic coat my new Tesla Model 3, and I couldn't be happier to have taken that plunge with DetailedByPrecision. Lim was very responsive to all my questions and discussed
with me in great detail the work to be done. He walked me through a lengthy inspection on delivery and even took the time to explain to me how to maintain and spot clean the finished coating at pick-up. Lim puts a lot
of care into his craft and is very detail oriented and honest. He gave me daily updates throughout the whole paint correction and coating process, and the car
came out looking far better than the day I picked it up from the dealership! Additionally, the coating has been a wonderful product as well. The car is easier to clean and looks better far longer between washes.

I reached out to Lim when I was looking into PPF and Ceramic Coating for my car. I had spoken to other shops which gave me the cookie cutter response - but Lim was different. Lim was very personal, where he asked me to come in for a consultation to look over the vehicle. There was no pressure to choose him nor was was there any indication that he was trying to upsell me like some of the other shops. We spoke about the primary use of the car and he was able to provide me with a detailed breakdown of the products that he used to come up with a package that would suit my needs.

After a few days I got my car back and pictures do not do it justice. Really impressed with the work that he did and can't recommend him enough. He provided me with daily updates/photos to show me the progress that he made. With Lim you know exactly who is working on your car from start to finish and can see that he is passionate about his craft. Will definitely be reaching out to him again when I need to PPF/Ceramic Coat another car or if I need to keep my car looking better than new.

The people at DetailedBy Precision applied ceramic coating to my Subaru Forester and did an excellent job. The staff that I dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs and extra layer of protection for their car or a detailing service.
The only reason I couldn't give the them the 5th star is because I would need to see how my car looks after a few months, although I don't expect any problems.

Also, they have the cleanest garage I have ever been in for any automotive service.

Lim is a true expert in his field, with a rigorous work ethic to provide the best service possible. I worked with him on scratch removal of scratches on the hood of my 2020 Porsche Macan. It had a several scratches from an object placed on the hood. I found Lim via yelp. I had a very tight timeline to fix up the hood since my vehicle was a lease return. Being mindful of my timeline, Lim was able to accommodate me same day for a touch up. After a quick review, Lim was able to suggest a treatment (wet sanding and machine polishing) for the hood, and quickly jumped on the work. After working on the hood, within an hour he had all the scratches removed, leaving the hood shining spotless.

Lim was kind enough to not even charge me for the treatment. I insisted in him charging something for his work, but he said it was alright, and that he would love to work with me again.

I highly recommend Lim for his expertise, excellent customer service and empathetic work ethic.

With my new car about to finally arrive at the dealer, I reached out to a few detailers, asking about options for paint protection for a new vehicle. Lim was the first to respond, and gave me a thorough, no-pressure explanation of the range of his services. When the car arrived, he was able to squeeze me in for a Level 1 exterior and a ceramic coat despite a pretty busy schedule.

Lim told me ahead of time that he'd do an inspection, including checking for any previous damage, and I'd thought, "it's straight from the factory, and I didn't even let the dealer wash it, what damage could there be?". In five minutes, Lim found a spot where the paint was thinner on one side of the hood, and what looked like a scrape that had been partially buffed out, but not completely. I figured I was leaving the car with someone who knew what he was doing. Lim sent me photos with updates during the 36 hours he had the car, and at pickup, did a thorough walkaround, answered a ton of my questions, and gave me instructions for how to take care of the coating on my own. And the car looked fantastic. The faint traces of whatever had happened on the hood were totally gone, and the finish was perfect.

As if I didn't already feel good about the money I spent on Lim's services, within five minutes of getting on the 101, a bird dropped a load right on my hood. It hit with a pretty gross explosion, disappeared into mist, and left no trace. When I got home, I found one tiny fleck left, wiped It off with a towel Lim had given me, and felt pretty good about springing for the ceramic coating. Highly recommend Lim and his expertise, if you're enthusiastic about your car.
