Today I viewed a 2bd apartment with Mikayla. While we were walking to the apartment, I saw her stop not once, but TWICE to pick up a cigarette butt. I was impressed by, from what I could tell, how much she cared about how clean it was there. It was clean enough already that I didn't even notice those on the ground, but she did. I don't know about you, but I don't want to live in a trashy place and its really reassuring that the staff feels that way too.
Also, the apartment smelled good, which was a bonus. Warrensburg hasn't been great with the apartments in town so I was pleasantly surprised by this small thing.
For the record, ended up leasing a 4bd. Go take a look and then come be my neighbor!
