Diamond Nails

Went there today to get a
Mani and pedi done for a wedding out of town this weekend, the place was
Clean and all and the staff wasn't very talkative only a couple and they were doing defuses nails and chatting them up, the woman who did my pedicure barely spoke to me and barely took any skin off my feet and heels. In other words she was afraid to get in here so to speak and if I'm paying 70 dollars I expect to be exfoliated. Well another lady came and started working with my nail which is fine .. well after my nails and everything was done I paid and all that and when I got home I took my shoe off and my right toe was chipped! .. and both my thumb nails were crooked it just didn't look good and honestly I'm
Not happy and it wasn't worth the money.

I have been gong to the owner of this salon for almost 15 years. I had an appointment at 10:15. She said she was going to be there at 9:45. Having owned a salon, I understood the time it takes to open up before taking customers. I got a call to get there right away. I stopped what I was doing and drove to her salon to find her busy with another customer. I understand doing a repair here and there. However, I sat there for 20 minutes. That was no repair! After telling me to hurry in, she went ahead and took another customer. No Comment, no apology, NOTHING. I was pissed. It only takes her 30 minutes to do do a customer. I did not tip - first time in all the years I had been going there. She even ASKED for the tip, which even pissed me off more. I texted messaged her to let her know why I didn't tip. She said the woman was her 9:30. Really? She should have been ready to start me at ten. There was a lie in there somewhere. She texted back, telling me she never charged me like she was supposed to. I never asked for a discount. Since she refused to answer me I took that as she didn't want me as a customer anymore. Doesn't she know there is a nail salon EVERYWHERE!!!?

Just got my nails done here for the first time today! I had Jenny and she was awesome. As soon as i got there i was seated and taken care of! The shape turned out perfect and the color topped it off!! Thanks so much i will be back!!

I have been using Mel at Diamond nails for over 10 years, and drive 20+ miles, past probably 10 other nail salons to get to Diamond nails. I am always happy with their work, prices are reasonable and i love the fact that i can make an appointment ahead of time or just walk in if i have some spare time. I am very hard on my nails and they stay on and hold up well.

We are in area for a few days and Diamond Nails was recommended by a cousin and I can't thank her enough. I needed a pedicure like no bodies business and I mean that in the worst way possible. I called , got an appointment for early next morning. Walked in earlier than scheduled and saw sitting in a seat with feet in a spa. The young lady that worked on me was fabulous. She was very friendly and had a great personality. She was gentle and took a good deal of time working on me. I would recommend this and will return whenever in the area.

I have been coming here for about 6 years. Melissa always does an excellent job with my very specific preferences. She is very good at determining the clarity of service requests. I have observed how she cares for other clients besides myself. My mother also saw Melissa for years before moving to Florida. Since moving she had not been able to find an adequate replacement. No one does it the way Melissa does. Besides being a talented nail professional, Melissa is always cheerful and upbeat. She is fun to talk with. I have been to many different salons over the years before I found Melissa. Needless to say, once I found her, I never wanted to go anywhere else.

This is by far THE WORST nail salon I've been too. I went here on my lunch break to get a soak off and full set and Phillip did my nails the TOTAL OPPOSITE of what I asked. I've never been to a nail salon where they were poorly shaped.. I asked for narrow square round and I got these fat ugly nails. I've never been so disgusted I didn't even want them polished. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! They didn't even offer to fix them or give a discount to s unhappy customer. The lady that sits in the front even tried to tell me I didn't explain what I wanted properly. I've been getting my nails done over 15 years, I know EXACTLY how to explain what I want. Just keep your money and your time and stay away!!!!!

Again my girl Sam came through for me. I've been out of town working. Haven't had a decent manicure or pedicure since I left couple months back. My nails were a mess. I ask her and she worked me right in at my convenience. I love this woman and recommend her always. Now I can go back to work with pretty nails.

A little pricy ($30 for a pedi, $45 for manipedi)

There was a rather long wait (~45 mins), so I made an appt and came back later. It was still a bit busy, but at least I got to sit down. Normally, when I have to wait for a pedi & a chair is open they set the water running and let me soak my feet while I wait ... I was a little disappointed that they didn't do that, but it wasn't the end of the world.

Overall the experience was very good. My feel are in great shape and I would definitely go back.

I will never go back to this joke of a business again. So many things were wrong: rude, inappropriate discussions, treated certain races better than others and quality of work was cheap. I wrote a negative post before and it was deleted. Let's be honest ok guys?
