Diamond Nails

Nice place not the most lucrative spot but okay for a nail shop close to home. Prices very good. Tech was nice. Owner don't speak English well but well enough to understand questions on style and color. I will go back.

I've visited this salon on several occasions. The owners Jason and Kathy have always been pleasant. However, my last experience with the other male tech was horrible. I wanted gel removed due to having a medical procedure and he said they were busy. However, only one person was being serviced. He just refused. I can take my money elsewhere.

Paid $75 for a mani - pedi and ending up in Patient First for an infection in my big toe! I specifically remember that the gentlemen that waited on me was not very friendly and offered very little conversation. He spoke almost no English and he grunted and pointed as if I was a dog! For your health don't spend your hard earned money here else!

Diamond nails was one of the best nails salons i have been to in this area I am new to Richmond and needed to find a new nail home. Kathy and one of the male nail Technicians was so great to me and my nails looked so amazing. They are one of the first nail salons to actually clean up in between Customers they literally sprayed down each are before a customer sat down I thought that was so cleanly of them

I come here when I want a random pedicure or when my wife makes me go with her (I think it's so I'll pay hehehe) They are always so friendly and they always take their time. The chairs aren't the newest or best but they do the trick. Never had a bad experience and like I said earlier they are real nice. I don't get nail polish but they literally have a wall of color for you to choose from. The decor is a little old and dated but the conversation makes up for it.

I can only way that I get the best service. My pedicure is always perfect & they take their time .
