These guys are dishonest. Will sell you crap you don't need so beware. Ordered me parts they would have known I did not need from the description I gave them and stuck me with the charge. Thanks buddy! All the sales people I have spoken with here were arrogant and for a short drive you can go to krebs where they at least act like they care about customers.

Never deal with these lying assholes and their bait & switch tactics. First words out of my mouth the the sales rep was that that I had seen the ad on their website for a lease of 249 per month with 3499 due at signing. He says let's take a look at what we have then gets me test driving a vehicle that was apparently 8000 more than the one in the ad without telling me. Needless to say I was more than a little shocked when he came back saying that to get the truck for the 300 per month I was willing to go up to would require 11000 down.
Then he starts acting offended, like in the unreasonable one. Don't spit in my face and tell me it's raining.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - April M.PA, PA08May 10, 2022
Had my vehicle towed in here on Saturday due to an issue with the antitheft system, immobilizer, key fobs... still not sure what it is. We are still trying to figure it out. But on Monday morning I received a call from Shawn in the service department at Diel stating the vehicle started right up. I explained to him what happened on Saturday and everything we did to try to fix the issue. He could not of been less interested and unwilling to help. To put it kindly, he was really just kind of a jerk. We asked when they would be able to at least look at it, he couldn't even tell us if they would be able to look at it that day... he said maybe today maybe tomorrow, wasn't sure. He was very evasive. It can be very stressful in the family when a vehicle goes down and when I say that Shawn did not seem willing to assist or help us out at all, it is not an exaggeration. We told him forget it, we will pick the vehicle up and we called Krebs. Although they told us they could not get the vehicle until Friday, they were still very kind and helpful. They gave us some tips to try to fix the issue and were very sympathetic in regards to the situation. If this is the direction Diel and Dodge is going with their customer service, I'm not sure if we want to do business with them anymore moving forward. I would rather drive the 30 minutes to Krebs before I go back to Diel. Dealerships have bad reputation says it is, and Shawn should probably look for a different career that's not in customer service service.

What a horrendous experience. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. PS=Certified Pre Owned is nothing more than a piece of paper to wipe your a*% with you would be better served to buy from some schlep off the street. Buyer Beware!!!

I drove 3.5 hours round trip based on a salesman telling me they would "do what they can" to get me more money out a trade based on a low ball offer. I spent about 30 min and they basically told me to take the original offer.
They also accused me of wrecking the car based on a scrape located on the bumper. Salesman let it slip that the manager did not like my make and model of trade. Went elsewhere and not only did I get more money for my trade, they beat the pricing I was given by Matt. Total waste of time and effort.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Gee M.Pittsburgh, PA071Jan 10, 2015First to Review
I had a great experience at Diehl when I decided to trade my vehicle in and purchase a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Kris Smith was my sales associate and he made the process exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend that you go and visit him if you want first class treatment and a personalized service. I can't say enough regarding how pleased I am with my new Jeep! Without a doubt, I know I will purchase again from Kris.
