Took my vehicle there for service and it was a horrible experience all the way around. Dropped off using the night drop box, received a computer generated text saying they got the vehicle and will be in touch. Three days later after no further communication and no response to my texts had to call in to see what was going on. Left VM for the advisor, no return call, next day left message for service manager, no return call. Called back in and stayed on the phone refusing to leave a message until someone picked up. At this point they had no update other than "they pulled the codes" and needed more time for diagnosis. After two more days of no calls or updates I again sat on the phone for an hour and couldn't get through to anyone. At this point I went on their website and found the general managers email. Sent him an email outlining the situation and just asking for some sort of update.... Nothing.... Drove there to get an answer and was told still didn't have time to "dive into it" after a week, remember I scheduled an appointment and didn't just surprise them with it. Enough was enough , told the I was taking it. Paid $170.00 for diagnosis (for???) and left. Appointment was for retrieving the radio code, diagnosing an issue with speedometer, replacing a trim panel which I had already authorized the charge. Panel wasn't replaced. I understand having employe issues and being short handed but there is no excuse for communication. Then they treat me like I'm the one with the issue when I just want to know what's up with my vehicle after it sat there for a week. Took the vehicle to another VW dealer and had it back fixed in two days..

My partner and I came to this dealership casually looking at a VW Tiguan to test drive. We didn't have to buy - it was more of a whim. We met with Josh Philips, who we loved immediately. He was down to earth and not pressuring at all - totally understood what we were looking for and was extremely friendly. We left and test drove a few other brands of cars and ultimately returned to Diehl when we knew we wanted the Tiguan. After some reasonable back and forth on trade in price for my existing car, Josh and another gentleman, Corey, helped us get down to a number that we were happy with paying for a monthly payment. I seriously cannot express how much fun we had in this experience. We had great conversation with these individuals while also getting exactly what we wanted in a car and trade in value. Couldn't speak more highly of this group of people. Go to Diehl!

My wife and I just purchased a new Volkswagon Atlas after an exhausting search. We finally landed at Diehl to look at the new Volkswagon Atlas. Our Sales Associate "Evan Hart" treated us very well! I was able to get what I wanted for my trade and Evan went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He followed up with us multiple times. And evan returns my calls promptly, even though the sale is done. That's a big plus in my book! Thank you Diehl and Evan for making this a seamless purchase.
We will definitely be back for future purchases..Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jared J.PA, PA041Jul 26, 2019First to Review
I'm always cautious after past experiences buying cars, but getting my new car from Diehl VW was a great experience. I sent several dealerships an inquiry with what I wanted and they happened to have the exact car. Price negotiations via email with Mike were pretty straightforward - his first offer was right to the point and a lot better than other dealerships. They're still building an actual VW dealership building, but that didn't matter much. Josh took great care of me when I got there, and followed up on a couple minor things that needed taking care of afterwards. Even the person who handled the finances was right down to business with no fooling around trying to upsell me on warranties or other things - which I greatly appreciated. It'll probably be a long time before I'm looking to buy my next car, but I'd come back.
