Ava and Doug are hands down THE BEST at doing nails. Everything is so clean and organized inside. They are so friendly, and also so fast at getting you in and out. They will do most any design you ask for, and will also give you ideas and suggestions. I'll never go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!!

Overall I had a good experience at Divine.

The highlight was the excellent work by the pedicurist. I didn't catch her name but she had purple tinted hair. She had an amazing massage which showed good technique. So often you get a disappointing massage at nail salons, so I've lowered my quality bar over time. But this goes to shoe it's possible! She was thorough and had great attention to detail. The design was exactly what I asked for.

The salon itself is well-appointed, but there were a few things worth mentioning that could be improved. I was a walk-in and waited about 23 minutes to get into a pedi chair. There was a movie playing very loudly in the salon, which was a minor annoyance. I wasn't able to relax as much. I wasn't offered anything to drink. The pedicure booties got a bit too hot for my feet. At the end when I went to pay, I was waiting behind a lady already in the process of paying. Then as I stepped up to the counter and employee directed the gal behind me to come pay, effectively just cutting in front of me. It was weird and kind of rude.

Like I said, mostly small things. But they did impact my experience. I'm really pleased with the pedicure, but for the price, all the other little things should have been better.

I travel with my company and found this place thanks to the reviews! Must say as long as you have an appointment they will get you in and make your hands better! They are so friendly and professional... next time I am in Sioux Falls I am definitely coming back!

Stellar work done at this salon!
Right when I walked into the door, I was greeted and directed to wash my hands in an effort to keep everyone safe. I don't have the most flattering finger shape, so the type of nail I needed was specific. My nail technician was able to accomplish the shape I desired without correction. I haven't been able to achieve that in any other salon in Sioux Falls.
During my session I explained that my job is physically demanding and hard on my hands. The technician gave me an extra dipped coat purely out of consideration. I'm thankful that the employees at this salon think about outside factors and not just making a buck.
I would 100% recommend this business to a friend or stranger.

Lied to me about the price on the phone and did a bad job. Got angry with me when I asked about prices and then called me rude and srisrespectful when I wanted clarifications.
Also "banned" me. So. I would choose to spend $70 on a pedicure somewhere else.

First time visiting this nail spa and unfortunately I got lost on my way and was late to my appointment. They were still able to fit me in and my nails are beautiful. I got a full set with gel polish. This is probably the best set I've ever had done.

I came here with my daughter to have a mommy and me day for her 5th birthday. It was her first time getting her nails done and my first time coming. It was a whim and the only place we found that had space for walk ins. I wish I could say we had a great experience. The girl doing her nails spent the entire time scolding her. My daughter wasn't wiggling or moving at all but she kept scolding her to make sure she doesn't when she's done because she won't fix her nails if she ruins it. I could understand if she was moving around or being difficult but she was sitting still. She kept asking her for her name and introducing herself to her and telling her it was her birthday, just excited, but that seemed to annoy her more. I asked her to be nice to her and she didn't have to talk to her but she didn't need to be rude to her, I mean she's just an excited 5 year old. I also asked her to be gentle with her nails because my daughter said ouch and told her to just file no cut. But still did it anyways. My poor daughter sat there stiff as a board to scared to move. Even when she wanted to go to the bathroom, she was scared to go and was whimpering because she said the girl told her to not move. I tried to smile through it for her to try and make the most of it for her. Now I wish I could of spent more time keeping an eye on her, HOWEVER! The lady doing my nails nearly cut the tip of my toe off. Yes, the tip of my toe with a nail clipper! I don't know how she mistook the meat of my toe as a nail! I yelled ouch and she didn't stop until I pulled my foot away. That was not the only injury. Once the other girl finished my daughter's nails, she moved to help the lady that hurt me. She did the cuticle care and sliced the big toe! I was bleeding non stop. She put some liquid to stop it from bleeding and I'm assuming antiseptic. It did not stop bleeding the entire time! She didn't even say sorry. I was mad and they knew it but apparently me telling het she was being rude to my daughter made her angry. Also! I asked for a specific package, at one point the First Lady asked if I wanted to add a callous treatment and I had said yes. I was also getting a dip manicure simultaneously as well which they kept nipping during the cuticle care. That was the only thing I wanted added on. I wanted to just leave because this whole experience was painful for both of us, my toe was still bleeding and they were not nice what so ever! I couldn't believe they were making me pay full price for everything after injuring me, hurting my daughter's toes after I asked her to not cut her nails just file, being rude to us. I didn't want to argue I just wanted to leave. Now when it came to pay...1 kids mani/pedi, 1 dip manicure - I was charged $189.34!!!!! Apparently when she asked if I wanted a callous treatment with my pedicure, they ADD AN ENTIRE ADDITIONAL PEDICURE PACKAGE ON TOP OF THE ONE YOU ALREADY AGREED TO WITHOUT TELLING YOU UNTIL ITS TIME TO PAY! You're supposed to apparently know they add an extra full pedicure package ON TOP of the one you pick. Horrible experience! I went 8/13/22. If I hadn't been in the process of moving at that time, I would of gone back when the manager/owner was available. My toes were so tender and sensitive for weeks! Especially the one that she tried to literally cut off with a nail clipper because she had already pushed down on the clipper onto my toe. Beware! Management needs to train staff on customer service and apparently skills as well. I've never had this type of experience and issues at any other salons I've ever gone to. I don't remember their names but if management has cameras, she should check them for 8/13/22. I can't speak for the other techs because this was my first and only time here but these 2 ladies were horrible! Completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun birthday experience for my daughter and I.

Had a great experience at Divine! Called ahead and got in right away. Asked for a specific look and got exactly what I wanted. Atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be back.

My nails were beautiful while they lasted... one and a half weeks until the polish lifted and peeled off. I paid 91$ and some change, over 100$ after tips for a fill with shellac polish (with glitter) and a coffee spa pedicure.

The pedicure was a basic with added coffee scrub. There were no hot stones or paraffin wax used. For 37$, definitely not worth it since I get all of the stuff they offered, hot stones and paraffin for 35$ at home.

My shellac lasted 1.5 weeks, usually it lasts 3 weeks. So for 54$ for a full with some shellac that lasted half the time, it worth it.

It's not even time for a fill yet, but have to go in to get my nails redone. Very disappointed in the quality with regard to the cost of the services. If I ever find myself in Sioux Falls again, I'll try some place else.
