worst mechanic shop I have ever been to. Completely took advantage of my 80 year old mom. Would never recommend this place. Darrell the owner likes to scream at customer. So unprofessional.

My truck had a leak that I couldn't find, DK was honest and took his time to work though to find the leak. Was honest and quick

The guy who runs this place is a liar. Was supposed to have my transmission resealed and he resealed a dipstick and ignored the transmission fluid and everything I told him when I dropped my 99 7.3 off. He hung up on me because he was wrong and didn't like my bad reviews calling him out after he told me to keep driving my truck with transmission fluid pouring our of my seal. Stay away from this guy he does shoddy work and does not stand by it by any means. He must have mentioned my oil leak 20 times and said I was rude to his staff- he was rude to me first and never called back after we requested a callback and wasted time diesel AND gas bringing the truck back when they told us to. Scam artists

Have been here couple times. All of which gave free repair quotes. Well this last time. Said I needed all 4 tires brakes and pads. Which I've never had to repair all 4 at the time. Even asked about maybe front and do back later or vise versa. They wanted almost $1200. Well couldn't do that. When I went to pic up, was charged 120 fee! Said since they didn't do the work they charge fee. Confused on them not telling me this before, had my sister call next day if they gave a free estimate on a problem. And they told her to bring it on in and they'd
look at it for free. ‍
Then took it right down street and it only needed back done, not the front...
..plus charged less than half.
I understand its your business and you can charge what ever you like. But to trick people in your supposedly free estimate. And then not be honest on what needs to be repaired. You give mechanics a bad name.

Darrell and crew know their stuff. This time it was a simple oil change but I asked them to give my car a check up as I'm planning a road trip.
Oil change was all it needed. They don't look for things that need fixing that don't need fixing! It's nice to know there are still honest folks around.

Do not take your car here unless you want to get completely hosed! The bill will be twice the original estimate with unauthorized repairs.
Vehicle will have mysterious dings or other anomalies, which of course "were already there"

My Rav4 had some serious noise from the front and the the folks at DK replaced the axle, repacked bearings - noted and I agreed - to replace the front brakes. I have a brand new car. Thank you so much.

Amazing staff! Darrell fixed my a/c as another mechanic couldn't resolve the issue after 3 attempts.

Took car in for a part to be replaced and when I got it back it's undrive-able Darrell (owner/mechanic) neglected to disengage the air ride system and blew the entire suspension on my vehicle. When asked about it he got extremely hostile and started yelling over me when I asked questions to how this happened- told me he "would not lift a finger to fix this" and that he "would see me in court". I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. After $1500 in repairs by Darrel I am left with a car needing 4-5k on suspension Work just to be drive-able again

5 Star service. Now mind you I have only been here 3 times and just for state car inspection but these guys are great. They are prompt and friendly and will answer your questions honestly.

They also will add your car to their online database and send you a postcard in the mail on how to logon and follow your car's service history...pretty cool for a bunch of greasemonkeys!
