He has a degree in engineering and is a licensed contractor - all of which makes him stand out as far as qualifications to inspect homes. I've used several for my own home purchases and as a real estate broker I have seen dozens. Mike is head and shoulders above all the inspectors I have seen.

Duke's home inspection report was comprehensive, detailed and very helpful in proceeding with the purchase.
in our case it was important to have a detailed conversation over the phone since we are hours away from the property in essence Duke was our eyes and ears.
