Doctor's Immediate Care

This is now Natalya Krichmar's office. The Place isn't particularly nice, but one person left a very positive impression on me. Dr. Lech Dabrowski was a very caring and intelligent physician.

I have gone here twice- I'M DONE! Both times waited an HOUR and HALF to just get seen. It's a 2hr process to get anything done here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, unless you have all the time in the world. There management of time is deplorable, and they don't care. If you complain, they just ask if you want to reschedule.

"No, I don't want to reschedule after sitting here for an hour"!

Been coming to Dr Fagan for 15yrs, there is sometimes a wait and sometimes there is a little chaos. Yet I can honestly say I'm never more confident than after speaking with Dr Fagan. He gets right to the point, when you think he isn't listening he definitely is because he knows exactly what is needed to get the issue solved. He doesn't mince words, he doesn't play games. He doesn't have time for any mishaps from his staff and he voices it. He has a high standard and he expects those that work for him to work up to par to get the diagnosis right. Talk frankly to him and he'll talk frankly to you. No wishy washy doctor here that skirt around issues. They have X-ray, bloodwork and all other sort of testing available in this facility with quick turnaround time for results. Don't feel necessary to go anywhere else.

You do wait for all doctors there, over an hour, sometimes. They see dollar signs over your head the minute you walk in the door, give you all these surveys to take to see exactly what they want to try to charge you for, trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of you, their radiology unit is inferior both in technician expertise and equipment, and now they seem to have their own lab? Egads. Actually had the cojones to charge me for a test I didn't need without asking me (or my insurance company) first. Told them to shove it.

Do not have medical testing (endoscopy, stress test, radiology, etc.) Go to a professional, well-equipped radiology facility and go to a specialist for things like GI issues and cardiology. They may be "equipped and certified" but I wouldn't risk it.

Besides all that, the staff behind the desk is beyond rude, cold, uncaring. I realize they have to work with him, and it's just a negative work environment. Dr. Fagan is heard yelling loudly through the halls, his so-called "support animal" who is supposed to help patients, walking in and out of rooms and won't let you pet him. (My guess is he somehow gets paid to have the dog there by some government agency.) The only people who are worth a darn are the support medical staff, they are very nice and very competent. Unfortunately, it's only a small portion of your time there.

Bottom line, if you like a zoo atmosphere at your doctor's office, this is the place to go. I won't go back.

Yes, you wait! I think it may be because Dr Fagan cares enough to clarify any illness, issues, medication, etc. There are few doctors who give you more then 10-15minute appointments. I understand my insurance is the pitts although this doctor talked to me, asked me how I was feeling, determine what issues were most concerning to me and most of all... sat down and listened to why I felt ill. I see a lot of people complaining here about the office.. unsure why as its state of the art ( great floors, wood throughout, the "under one roof? philosophy is here and I like it because it hard to get appts with a bunch of "specialists" and he takes care of you under one roof. The front desk people were friendly, caring and did anything they could to assist your process through the visit. I will return...

Convenience yes...professional not by anyone's standards!! Went a few times for myself and my son and I was appalled and disappointed by humans who call themselves doctors and the staff isn't the nicest!! Its worth driving anywhere but here! One star only because I had to!!

I just wanted to update my review. Post my first review about Dr. Fagan and the practice I've been multiple times. Dr. Fagan seems to been managing time better and been more attentive and interactive during the visits.

Yes, sometimes there's a bit of a wait but sometimes you can be called in the room in little to no time. The staff are always sweet and inform you if the doctor is running a little behind schedule.
Based off my last visits I would highly recommend new patients to visit Dr. Fagan. Although he has a lot of patients he somehow manages to remember certain things about you ( especially yelp reviews lol)

Dr. Horowitz is the best. He is the only doctor I will wait extra time to see. I have never had a problem with staff for any reason, as a matter of fact I find them most helpful when needed. Getting an appointment is easy. Most testing is done on premises. I am even able to see an allergist at this practice.

Dr Fagen is a good guy but very unprofessional. He runs around the office talking to everyone the entire time. He seems to rush through your visit and doesn't properly diagnose you. He barely looks at you then will prescribe medication. Don't expect to get out anytime soon you will wait very long on your visits. So unless you know what's wrong with you and know what meds you need i wouldn't recommend this practice. His staff talks about him behind his back because he yells at them daily. I go there because it's convenient and the girls are nice.

This office has zero respect for there patients time! Appointments mean nothing here. It's common to wait over an hour past your appointment time just to leave the waiting room.
