Today was a stressful day for this doggie momma. Many places do temperament tests before boarding. Today I had 2 VERY different experiences from Dogtopia and another place I won't name. I scheduled both the same. One was 7hrs long and Dogtopia was 2hrs. 2 very different methods and to say the least the "other" place was rude and made comments that were hurtful. I cried then I drove to Dogtopia where the staff treated me like a person and treated my 3 chihuahuas with gentle care. The staff answered all my 50 questions and gave nothing but kind words about my 3 babies. I have not boarded yet but I can't wait to take my babies back there in July. I loved being able to watch cameras of the whole event. The staff was caring/loving with my pups evening as they learned their temperament. #amazing

Walking in the smell of urine was overwhelming in the whole building. Online it says it is a 45 minute tour and evaluation but, when we got there they said we should leave her there for at least 3 hours. She is a toy poodle and she was in the "toy" room but there were no dog close to her size. Watching on the video my pet was stressed and the employee did nothing to comfort her, instead pushed her away. She left with huge clumps of poop stuck to her butt and tail and smelling of urine. All that was said to me when picking her up is she is cute and please buy a package of visits it saves you money.

Everyone is very friendly and they answered all my questions! They also treated Winnie like a Queen on her first day making her feel welcomed and special. They are always checking in.I highly suggest people bring their dogs here! I was very worried as it was my first time away from Winnie and I don't trust people easily. But everyone at Dogtopia has made sure Winnie is safe and reassured me. As well as the place is very clean, and Winnie always comes home smelling so good!!!!

Our boys were in need of a bath & nail clipping. I did some research as these angels had bad childhoods prior to our adopting them & are still a bit anxious.
Then I found Dogtopia! They have one on one services so it was perfect for our pups! They return calls immediately & let me ask lots of questions! After our appointment the groomer came out & gave me an update on how the pups handled the experience! Great service!

I originally came here because my regular local groomer shut down due to Covid and now this is my new regular place. I definitely drive a ways to get here but my puppy is so happy and looks so pretty they listen to exactly how I want her cut and are super friendly.

Last week, it rained ALL week so that meant my 3 year old Weimaraner did not get his 3 mile walks on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Though car rides distracted him, he needed to burn some mental and physical energy. It was easy to sign up and set up a "meet & greet" time to see if he would be a good fit for this place.

Carolyn was great on the phone, going through what happens on the initial meeting down to getting a package that has no expiration date for the off times we'd need to bring him here. We rolled in on 2/24 to give it a test run and check out the place. Manny gets socialization out at public places and at the dog park every weekend (weather permitting) so I wanted him to have some more interaction with his 4 legged friends.

We dropped him off promptly at 10am. Viewed the doggos in the big playroom and crate situation. The open window was nice so we could see him interacting with the regulars in the room. We loved the webcams but I suspect they got turned off at lunch and the staff forgot to turn them back on.

We picked him back up at 230 after finishing our errands. His tail doing a slow wag as he left his new friends. The cost for a daycare visit is very reasonable. The staff are friendly and I know he's going to be treated well while there. The place is clean and a person is in the room at all times to ensure good behavior.

While by no means what a hunting breed would need for "weekly exercise," Dogtopia fits the bill when you simply cannot get them exercised any other way. It's certainly better than being crated for 8+ hours a day. So, I give Dogtopia and it's staff 2 enthusiastic thumbs up! I love their commitment to providing interaction with the puppers so it is good that they are close to my home! Go ahead, spoil your dog for a day! They're even open on weekends so you could sneak in a date day and some shopping if you're so inclined.

I would not take my pup anywhere else. Ella loves to go play there and they groom her well.

We love using Dogtopia and always trust they will take great care of our dog for daycare and boarding!

If you have a Mastiff or a dog that doesn't prefer to get groomed I would not take them here! I primed them in my dog, I gave them a reinforcement to help. They are not trained enough to take time to love on the dog to get the job done! They took 5 mins and gave up. I recommend Pet paradise, They do a fantastic with dogs that need more time for grooming!
