Don Gus Mexican & Seafood

Excellent service and food not to mention taco tuesdays! Any taco u can imagine! Al Pastor is a must try! And try a large long island.

Good but extremely shitty service.. they're slow and don't really care about their customer service.

Don Gus is one of my favorite "go to's" when I want some individual time "me" time, but when I get there it never fails I don't get any "me" time because the staff there treat you like family, like they've known you forever. BERNEY, Jr., Alex, Gustavo, and all the rest. (There are too many to name) I feel warm and at home here at Don Gus. The food is also top quality, I recommend the Caldo De Res on Fridays and Saturdays, and Gustavos wife Angelica can make the best tableside guacamole. Thank you guys at Don Gus for the warm hospitality. Berney the waiter is hands on, hands down .

They have the best margaritas! Try the Fire mango Margarita. The waiters are awesome. This is our go to spot. The food is also delicious and they never disappoint!! We've been here so many times now and never get bored of it! The place in general is just great, we're always so well received and that makes the atmosphere welcoming and comfortable. We will keep coming back!

Berny was our waiter for both visits to Don Gus so far.

I only say that, because as soon as we walked in the door for my second visit, he greeted me as if I was returning royalty. Turns out that he had read my prior review and taken note of it.

Our prior visit must've been simply bad timing. Berny made sure that we were very well taken care of on this visit. We certainly shall return.

Great place, food is bomb and the margaritas are delicious!!!! If ever in the mood for Mexican food this is the place.

Service Grreat / Food = delicious. Bernie is always ready ..I walk through the door and he has all my sauces ready, words cannot explain.. he is on point. Super nice. Everyone does a great job but Bernie is impressive. Definitely one of the best places in town. I appreciate their service and food.

The ambiance at Don Gus is homey and comfortable. While it isn't fancy, the food is absolutely delicious, and one of the best Mexican Restaurants in Lancaster (if not THE best). The service can take a bit, but it's nice to enjoy your drink and relax. We will definitely return.

Just enjoyed another meal with friends at Don Gus. The food here is always excellent and the service with the new waiter, Alex, was first rate. He did a wonderful job and performed like he had been doing this a long time. I highly recommend this placeand it is a wonderful family run establishment

Let me start by saying the staff treat you like family!! Everytime!! I come in here by myself and I sit at the bar and they give me the freaking remote to the TV!! Haha! Delicious authentic Mexican food coming out of that kitchen never had a bad meal here in the 5 years I've been coming. Molcajete, fajitas, carnitas, mariscos !!! Atmosphere is very comfortable you wanna relax when you come here. The drinks are as big as you can handle and bigger if you wanna share!! All made fresh all made strong all day long!! This place has become my little home away from home when I wanna sneak out for a cold beer and some good vibes!! Love you Don Gus thanks for giving the AV the best of the best!!!! Everytime!
