I've been coming here for 3 years and I have never had a problem. I enjoy my visits with the doctor. He takes his time and and always answers my questions. I never feel pushed and pressured into anything. The front desk staff is always Friendly and helpful!

Been going here for the last 8 years.. the staff is great... and Dr partridge is very knowledgeable and always takes care of my family.

After several years as patients we are leaving. Kacee is the only positive one I have to say anything about. The last two times I have received new lenses - they were horrible. I had to get them fixed. This past visit I returned both the frames and lenses. When I went to pick them up they informed me they made an error in 2018 with my past prescription eyeglass purchase and wanted me to pay for it and would not be issuing me any refund for my recent frame return. A mistake made 5 years ago on their part - they just discovered this and want me to pay for??? WOW. I think not. I do not pay for their mistakes. Horrible customer service and continued problems with the lenses. Hard to trust or respect Dr. Partridge after this. We won't be going back.

Dr Partridge has an amazing office and staff. Dr. Partridge took the time to explain the results of my eye exam very thoroughly. In addition, Dr Patridge took the time to fix my eyeglasss that had been bent, right during my annual appointment! Wonderful service, both the Doctor and all of his staff :)

Dr. Partridge is a wonderful eye care professional. The staff is warm and inviting. I was able to choose from a selection of frames and found the perfect frame. I appreciated the fact that I was able to use my insurance and Tierra helped me select the right lens and frame options to maximize my benefits. I selected a high quality frame and lens package that didn't break the bank.

I also appreciated the fact there was no pressure to upgrade my lenses. They explained everything to me and helped me to pick the right frame for my needs.

Dr. Partridge is thorough, patient, and really helps to educate his patients. They really try to make their patients feel like family and leave with a smile of their face.

I would recommend this office for anyone looking for a proactive, caring eye doctor. Even if you already have a prescription from another offic, they are wonderful in helping chose a great pair of glasses!

I can't, not write a review about how amazing Partridge Optometry is. The professionalism and customer service is beyond anything I've experienced. From the phone call to make an appointment, to the moment I walked out from the office, I felt welcomed, comfortable and important.

Casey, got me checked in and through initial screening. She was extremely friendly, explained everything she was doing. The sweetest!

Dr. Partridge, is a great Optometrist. He's very knowledgeable and up to date on current medical practices and technology. He answered all of my questions and explained everything step by step. I got the good news, the bad news and everything in between with no bs. Just the facts. Exactly what I want in a Dr.

Tierra, swept me off my feet! She fitted me for my frames and did it with the most professional sass I've ever experienced. I laughed the entire time.

Just before finishing up Dr. Partridge, introduced me to April. Dr. Partridge, explained April, has experience that is relatable to my visual issues. April graciously told me her story and answered all the questions I had. She definitely put my mind as ease.

Before I knew it, I was out of the door, extremely happy with my visit.

I can't stress enough how great this place is. I'm a lifetime patient for sure. The staff undoubtedly love their jobs and it shows.

Today I went to see Dr. Partridge and his team to get my eyes checked out. Normally I go get my eyes examined at Lenscrafters but decided to give this place a try, since I live close by.
Dr. Patridge is a friendly and thorough eye doctor. He took his time in explaining to me the scan that he took of the back of my eye (no dialation of eye necessary). We discussed about my astigmatism and options to treat it.

Tierra helped me find glasses and worked with me to find the best price available with my insurance.

I am happy with the eye exam and will be coming here again when it is time for another eye exam.

I felt the need to write a review for Dr. Jarom because I honestly believe he is the most genuine and knowledgeable optometrist I have ever had in my 29 years of life. Recently I had gone to another optometrist, who although was nice, did not take my symptoms seriously. I had been having some vision changes and irritation in my eyes and Dr. Jarom was able to give my clarity after just one visit. He helped me get into new lenses once the irritation had cleared up and educate me on some other issues going on with my left eye. He literally sat with me and mom for an hour explaining in detail what was happening and resolutions for the future. He obviously truly cares about his patients and his practice. You will be COMPLETELY impressed and happy in the decision to coming to see him at vision care.
Also, the rest of his staff are so sweet and welcoming :)

I can't recommend Dr. Partridge enough!!! He is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I've never experienced a doctor take their time with a patient like he did, and he answered my million questions with a smile on his face! Additionally, his staff is so kind, not pushy, and really the whole office is just quality people! I previously went to a different provider, and did not have this same positive experience. I will recommend highly him to my friends and family!
