I should have paid better attention to the bad reviews before hiring. I honestly don't even believe the good reviews are real.

Desiree came to our house today to clean the house and the Airbnb, approx 2,000sf. She was by herself and it took 3 hours and cost me $300. Unfortunately I was not home when she was finished so she left and I sent her the money. BIG MISTAKE. This house does not take 3 hours to clean and by no means should this work be at $100/hr rate.

Some of the house was clean, most of it (the parts you get a cleaning service for) was not. The house was recently renovated so needed a deep cleaning. I am in the middle of sanding the stairs and they were left in the same condition she walked into. The rag in the pictures are what I used to clean them after she left. When I called her she said she mopped them, swept them, and vacuumed. You be the judge? The baseboards downstairs were not clean - visual dust without even bending down, fridge was left the same, oven top not cleaned, even the bathroom niche was dirty, food cans in open cabinets just pushed to the back to make it seem like contents were taken out and cabinet properly wiped down. I can go on and on and could have taken way more photos, but don't want to waste anymore time on this.

I contacted her right away and sent pictures. She said she couldn't get the photos and hours later said she would reimburse me $50 and a free cleaning. Why in the world would I want her to "clean" again.
This was nothing but a headache. I spent 3 more hours cleaning and have a huge headache. Spare yourself.

Desiree was quick to respond to my inquiry. She was accommodating to our "moving target" cleaning date. On the day of service she and Heather arrived on time. They tackled a move in challenge of a home that had not been cleaned daily and thus an accumulation of grease and grime in the kitchen and bathrooms that needed deep cleaning. What a difference when they finished! Kitchen cabinets looked like new, fridge was spotless, and bathrooms sparkled. Highly recommend Desiree and company.

Desiree and the girls did an OUTSTANDING job. Shower, foyer, and bathrooms look like new. Highly Recommend and will use her again. Also very polite people!

Even with a 40% of tips that I payed before started the job bc that's her policy. Getting 3 hours later after the time agreed. This lady left the place completely dusty, didn't vacuum rugs or clean the fridge as we talked. I wasn't home till next day and I just find my place in this condition. That was my first and last time using her service. Don't believe the previous reviews I personally after this experience don't trust and how real are. I also never write reviews but this service is completely disappointing.

I had a great experience working with Desiree. She was very communicative and helped answer all of my questions before setting an appointment. She brought all of her supplies to clean for a move-in and took her time cleaning the entire home. Very friendly and followed COVID safety protocols. Thank you!

I requested a "move in" cleaning prior to my family relocating to a new house. I expected a thorough, in depth cleaning but what I got was lackluster. I ended up cleaning my house again the next day surrounded by boxes. The kitchen drawers and counters were dirty, I visibly saw the dirt come off on my cleaning cloth. Let's not mention the bathroom shelves and drawers. Perhaps I tested the couple of areas they didn't deep clean but those were critical areas and it left me with questions about the entire house. In all fairness, I didn't contact Desiree about this because I was upset and had more than enough to do to settle my family into our new house.

This person was unresponsive and did not get back to me in a timely manner. Initially I was impressed when she came to my home to do an estimate. I loved that was a Green cleaner and used essential oils. She never followed up with me after the estimate which should have been a red flag to me. She said she would have help to clean my 3000+ sq. foot home. When the time came for my cleaning appt. she never reached out to confirm the day before and I had to reach out at 7:30pm the night before. I waited all day and when I didn't hear I reached out bc she was coming at 9:30 am and I needed to know for my own scheduling purposes. She ( or her husband- not sure) responded that they were short staffed but she didn't exactly cancel. She said she typically cleans big homes by herself. This is not what she told me at my estimate initially. I asked how long it takes to clean and she/ he did NOT respond until I reached out yet again to be told " I'm sorry we cannot meet your standards." what standards? I asked a question that was not answered. She then said she already told me the time it would take and went to all the trouble to state the date she told me instead of just saying ( 2.5 hrs). Really? I had forgotten but then I realized when I looked back at the previous texts she/ he had said 2.5 hrs which I assumed was with more than one person. I had just asked how long it would take with ONE person. My home takes me 2 days to clean.
The unprofessional attitude was a turn off for me and treating clients like an afterthought is unacceptable in my opinion. I do not recommend this business.

Desiree and her team at Dream Clean Cleaning Services are amazing and exceptionally hard working. I cannot say enough good things about their team and services. Without their help I would have not felt comfortable with the idea of short-terming renting my home on Airbnb. But Desiree makes certain that my house is looked after and maintains everything on my behalf. I trust her and rely on her and she has never let me down. If you are looking for someone you can trust and someone that pays attention to little details, I highly recommend Dream Clean Cleaning Services. They are worth every penny!

Dream Clean was very responsive start to finish. My cleaning needs included 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. I did not notice this until I was officially moved in, but there was a lot of grime and pet hair left over on the washer & dryer from the previous owner. These appliances were in one of the bathrooms so I assumed/overlooked these as included since the rest of that bathroom was clean.
