We highly recommend Duposaurus for your dumpster needs. Check out their website for fantastic information for those of us who don't rent dumpsters on the regular. Even with the guidance on the website, we still managed to rent undersized for our clean-out (our fault). I called them within 24 hours of the initial rental and told them we were full and needed to have a swap out for a larger unit. The team here is super responsive and arranged a swap out for the next day even though I reached their after-hours answering service. The driveway was protected, the drivers were professional, and the overall experience was seamless start to finish!

I rented a 10 yard dumpster for our house as a "make ready to sell" effort. The size turned out to be just right as we filled it to the brim, after being in our house for 15 years. The company was great, comms were good, drop off and pickup were right on time, they even laid down driveway protection pads so the unit didn't scratch my driveway. Only a few (very logical) prohibitions on depositing volatile solvents and a few others. I had questions on a few items I wanted to deposit, and email responses were prompt and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for dumpster services...

Everything about these guys and this rental experience was great!

First off, Violet, who is the main person you're dealing with, is not only incredibly nice, but also logical and reasonable (which isn't a given in this industry). We had to coordinate on a number of things and she and the whole team were just always really pragmatic.

I hired the dumpster for insulation removal from the attic, but also had a bunch of other stuff I had to throw away (wood, a bit of concrete, etc.). They booked me up with a bigger container and talked me through what's ok to throw in, how to disburse it and when it might start to become a problem. Again, all just very reasonable and useful conversations.

The dumpster itself was really new and the cool Dumposaurus logo made lots of people who walked by stop smile and take pictures. Unfortunately the pick below is the best I have. You can't see the logo well, but you can see it's a new dumpster that's not too much of an eye-sore to have around.

Last but not least, pricing. From what I can tell they have among the best pricing for dumpsters in town. I only looked at two other providers and I think one was maybe $25 or 50 cheaper, but covered less tons (e.g. 2 tons vs the 4 tons I got from Dumposaurus) and less time (e.g. 1 week vs 10 days from them).

In short, I'd 100% rent from them again.

Everyone at Dumposaurus was pleasant to deal with from phone calls to arrange pickup/dropoff to the driver who brought the dumpster. I couldn't have asked for more from a dumpster rental service.

It's likely that many of us rarely need a dumpster. When we do,it likely that the selection of a dumpster provider might seem like a random perusal of Google, an online payment and away we go. But, as you will learn from reading the wealth of information on Dumposaurus' website, there are many important considerations
We had a great experience with Dumposaurus, from the initial contact, to finding we needed 2 different kinds of Dumpsters, to pick up. Both Violet and Stephanie in the office are helpful and friendly, you receive notification via text of delivery and pick up...almost to the minute. The bright yellow dumpsters are clean and not smelly and the wooden supports won't scratch or mar your driveway.

OUTSTANDING. Attentive service, prompt and thorough, and excellent value. Some good driving skills as well, the dumpster placement was a tricky location but they nailed it and that is HUGE. Lanette was always responsive and courteous, and even wished we well on my upcoming arm surgery. Great people all around, will ABSOLUTELY use them again.

Really good company that goes the extra mile. Have worked with them twice. They had the dumpsters there when I needed. The first time requested a 10 yard dumpster. There was a scheduling problem, so they gave me a 15 yard dumpster at no extra cost. They also didn't charge when I needed a couple of extra days. The second time their truck broke down and before they called me they had already reeached out to another company to supply the dumpster in their place. They transferred my payment directly to the other company so there was nothing I needed to do. They even sent cookies to apologize. I don't know if I will ever need a dumpster again, but if I do Dumposaurus will be my first call

Violet and her husband were incredible. My daughter was assisting my back surgery recovery and felt that after 21 years of the same carpet, the house needed a major overhaul. Called Dumposaurus on Sunday and they were able to deliver a dumpster Monday. This gave my daughter 2 days to clear out 20 years of stuff.
Along w/ the 20 years of stuff Dumposaurus also took the accumulated chemicals to the Austin recycling site deep in the heart of south Austin.
