Don't recommend anyone using this place to buy any part for your cars be awarded!

We bought and engine from this place about a week ago engine didn't start after we spend our time putting the engine back in we took it bc to get our money back one of the yard guys blamed on us the we flipped the engine and oil when to someone where!
But that's not the point, We paid 2k for it Cash money they never say to us they're going to take money of if we return the item back! So they took 20% of 2000k $400 dollars and pay us with a check!

Liars and dishonest., this placd sells Engines and transmissions in very bad shape, scrap metal, do not buy anything at this place, you are going to lose your money.

Called in for a transmission was quoted $700 and when I got there the guy said it they made a mistake and charged me $800.
Bought a transmission still, it was broken. I tried to get store credit but lost the receipt, left the transmission there until I was able to find the receipt. Couldn't find it, so I just decided to take the transmission and to try to rebuild it.
When I came back to pick it up, they say that's it's all the way in the back and to go back later to get it.
I've called multiple times since September. I keep getting the same response "it's all the way in the back I'll call you when I have it". It's December by the time of this review.

Now I'm out of $800 and a transmission.
Hopefully small claims gets them to do right by their customers. They'll hear from the attorney

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

le compre un motor de una dodge y me lo vendio una chica llamada marian segun tenia poca milla el motor se exploto me dio vuelta por 2 semana y no quiso responder no compren con estas personas son un fraude perdi $3,500 dollares

Would give a zero rude on the phone hard to find lady who answered the phone was rude how you gonna be made Im trying to find you business to spend money told me they had parts they didn't made me wait ove 30-45 minutes just to tell me they don't have my parts horrible customer service the pregnant girl at the front desk area trash how you gonna be mad at a job you chose to work at never again

I have been in the automotive business for a long time, first time using E&J and it was very pleasant, quick service and great communication. Will be looking forward to using them again....

They have items listed in Facebook market place for less than what they quote you over the phone. I called about an engine that was listed in Facebook marketplace for 700 and when the woman answered she sai it was 850. when i told her that wasnt the listed price she said it must be an old listing (FYI the listing just over 10 days old). Dont trust any of their online listings they are lies

I saw them on offer up and they were super nice at first. I was looking for a part for my car. My husband showed him the exact part in a picture and was very SPECIFIC. Once I brought the "supposedly" part I purchased the person who is working on my car said this was not the correct piece. I then came back with my receipt and my husband told him on the receipt it said the correct part I needed but you gave the part that it was not. He refused to exchange or refund it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. No enforcement of COVID - 19 RULES. I am very unhappy with this service and piece. Extremely UNprofessional. Doesn't even deserve one star. DO NOT GO TO THEM.

You'll be over charged HEAVY. I needed simple tiny plastic cosmetic piece for the trunk.. $70.. hell no lol another guy was looking at the same car. For the spoiler dude wanted $200 not worth it at all for a basic spoiler. Then they legit picked it up after I grabbed a piece and continued to smash it lmao. Waste of time and money.

Would leave zero stars if it were an option. Was looking for an axle the people there told me they had it. I said I was coming from afar to get it are you sure. Yes yes im sure. And they didnt have it
