The Short version: This shop is fantastic. Great selection, great customer service and experience.

The Long Version: I was looking for a bike that would fit my 6' 10" frame. I had called every bike shop I could find in the Houston Metro area, and nearly every one of them laughed at me, saying things like "we don't have bikes for normal people until October, and for you probably never". Fair enough, the pandemic is making this tough. When I called EaDo, gave them my height, I got a "wow! I bet you've been having a tough time finding anything. Not to worry, we've got a couple of bikes that might work well. Are you available this afternoon to come check them out?"

When I arrived, I met Mike, who was thoughtful, kind, and genuinely wanted to find me something that would fit right. We tried two bikes, and the second one was *fantastic*. Like flying. I said "alright, I'll take it! What else do I need?" Mike walked me (very much a novice) through all of the various accessories worth considering, which was great. They held on to my bike for about a day to do a full safety inspection on it before sending it out the door, and 24 hours later, I had my new bike!

Many of the bike shop staff I've interacted with were pushy, rude, snooty, or some combination. Mike and the other folks at EaDo were truly fantastic to work with. Cannot recommend them strongly enough!

Shoddy workmanship. I went in to have a rear rim replaced. Was texted that my bike was finished. Good so far. Rim looks great. As I'm walking out the door I see the rear tire's flat. So I walked back in. I asked them to pump it up. Come to find out the tube has been ruptured during the repair. So it's closing time and they have no time to replace the tube. OK, no worries. I'll be back in two days to pick it up. I'm thinking it's already paid for since I already settled up. I come back to pick up my bike and they told me they graciously knocked off the labor to replace the tube that they had blown. Now they nickel and dime me for another nine bucks for the tube. Really, you are willing to pay nine dollars to promote shoddy workmanship ? Best to go find a different bike shop. Yeesh!

Visiting Houston for the day and rented a e-bike from them. All the staff were super helpful. Bike ran great. Prices were better than others too. Definitely recommend!

Stumbled upon this place on a recent trip to Houston & decided to find a Ebike. This place is off a great trail which makes is super convenient. Lots of selection from accessories to bikes. The staff were friendly enough, though after I asked my questions they walked away because a cool bike came in. Disappointing thing? Limited e-bike selection. They only had 1 on stock. Wish they carried Fatt-E Bikes or Rad.

I can't thank these guys enough for fixing my tricycle and working within my budget. I bought a second hand adult trike to confidently take my toddler out for bike rides, but unfortunately the thing was assembled incorrectly. The easier solution would have been to dissemble then reassemble like a boxed up bike, but that was unfortunately as much as what I paid for the darn thing. These guys took pity on this mom and fixed what they could within my budget. My child and I have been riding this beast around the neighborhood for the past two weeks since EaDo Bike Co breathed new life into it and it's like night and day. No more chain falling off the rail and crashing into the curb for this dynamic duo. Love you guys! Thanks again

Kinda disappointed. I went by a week and a half ago to get my bike serviced. They asked me to go online and join the "service list" then I would be emailed for service. I got an email that I would be the 48th bike. I mean....I understand they're busy, but wouldn't this warrant for getting another (or a few other) technicians? Sounds like that's what they're going to need to stay on top of business. I would hate to take my bike elsewhere but I may because I'm really in need of service.

Came to Texas for a week long bike vacation. Staff ensured each bike was well fitted. Took the time to teach a better way to mount. Detailed out various bike trails. Spent time to train on bike rack and did the install. Sent a bag of clothes left behind, which we located thanks to Tile attached to my car keys using cell phone in Michigan. Best customer service you could ask for.

This bike shop has a lot of potential but the staff is comprised of almost entirely uppity hipsters. They basically act as if they're better than the customers and truly aren't helpful or friendly.

These dudes are great. Nathan was super helpful + patient with me in the process of ordering and trying out new handlebars for a transformation on my 'boo bike. SO so grateful to have had the opportunity to rework my beloved ride prior to the start of the Stay at Home order here in Houston. Spending daytime hours rolling around the bayou and trails in the neighborhood - in comfort & style - has been the very best thing about this whole weird experience.

Thank you guys again for hooking it up and for being awesome! Hoping to join you all for a local ride soon enough.

This little gem is a little hard to find but once you've hit the F3 gym on Saint Charles, you've come to the right place. We decided to give EaDo Bike Company a try since we live inside the loop and this was very close to us.

The first interaction with the bike company was through the phone and they were very amicable and informative. We headed out to their bike shop and we called them again to make sure we were at the right location and again they were very nice and pleasant to speak to.

We came an hour before closing and we had two bikes to fix, one of which was done the same day and the other needed a little more work , whosever they had it ready the next day.

They had all a lot of bike and bike accessories selection and there workshop looked very eclectic an artsy. Desmond was great, very helpful and very informative.

We will be using them in the future for sure!
