Usually this place is so so service on wait times - but this week I got lucky to get crane 101 on a couple of trips and my wait time was almost nothing. Willy and Pappas are great and efficient operators, maybe the best that services me !!!

This is one of the worst terminals ever. They never reply to emails. They never have any appointments available and expect customers to pay storage. I would give them a zero but this is the lowest rating. Their customer service dosen't help at all. They are so rude to us customers.

This is honestly the worst terminal in Los Angeles DO NOT SHIP ANY CONTAINERS TO THIS TERMINAL! They never have appointments, they don't answer the phones. They don't have chassis. They do this so you end up paying storage. Then when you email them asking why are you paying storage they don't even reply to your emails. STAY AWAY!!!!!
