My garage door wasn't opening. I called looking for someone to come out as soon as possible, and the first two places said they could come on Monday. I was not impressed since it's Friday, and I need this door fixed today. I finally found Larry, who said he could come out today. After asking a few questions, he said it sounds like you have a broken spring, and I can be there in one hour.
Sure enough, he was here in an hour, and it was a broken spring. He replaced both springs because evidently if one goes out, the other is not far behind. He charged me $400 for everything, including realigning the door. Larry is a nice guy, and the price was more than fair.
