Used to be good when Tom Brody was there. Now it's a totally useless service. Anyone know an Agencey that will at least shop around for the best rates? They got one star becuase it wouldn't let me give them ZERO!

I have worked with Eastside Insurance and Tom Brody for over 10 years and as a Real Estate Broker I have a lot of options. What I value most about Tom is his knowledge and willingness to educate and bring me along through the insurance process to understand my options, strategy, and he is not tied to an outcome. On some occasions he actually turns my business away by referring me to someone else if he believes they have a better product or service than him ( which is rare but he is fully willing and does). Thank you Tom!

When I thought I already had the best buy for our neighborhood, I moved, and walked into Matt's office, just shopping rates. Matt's expertise got me the best of the best buys for what I needed for coverage on my home and my car with the best insurance carriers for our area. I believe in having a sizeable deductible to save money so when my car took a rock to the windshield even though it was not covered by the insurance, Matt went out of his way to help me find the best place and best buy to replace the windshield. There is nothing better than neighborhood service and Eastside Insurance Services is the best! Thanks Matt!

My insurance agent. I have been with them since my State Farm agent kept passing me off to his assistant or associates. When I began as a Eastside Insurance customer I had a cheap car and a rental policy. Now I am married 3 cars a Home owners and an umbrella Rates are reasonable but I understand they can vary over time based on insurance company loss ratios... But the service is what makes it a relationship. With out their high level of Service... they would just be Eastside Insurance. Matt, Tom, and Chuck are the reason I stay!
