Wow! Eddie was so amazing. We were scheduled between 2 and 4, he was on time at EXACTLY 2pm. He was so courteous, respectful, fast, knew everything about his craft. I couldn't recommend them more. Eddie, thank you so much for everything.

I had a good experience with Eastway, from scheduling an appointment to the actual work performed. The technician did a great job and was on time. My only hangup was the $95.00 service fee charged on top of the labor costs- that was a surprise! It would've been nice to be told at time of appointment that a service call fee would be charged. In my experience with other vendors, the service fee is normally waived or reduced if work is performed. I do recommend Eastway,but I would recommend asking for a complete estimate at time of appointment.

I walked in to get info on electronic locks for my home. No one came to help, although there weee several people behind the counter. When someone actually tried to help, he acted like he was doing me a favor. I waited 10 minuets and was offered no assistance.
I suppose that one lock was not as 'valuable' from a business perspective.

They have made both an unhappy customer and enemy for life! I wouldn't recommend these goofballs for anything!

Experienced team. I would use and recommend them for my lock needs. I called and got the answers I need and they were on time for my appointment

I called two other locksmiths before I called Eastway lock and they claimed they could not help me put a new lock on a sliding glass door. Rebecca came out and examined what was needed and went and found the part that was needed. Rebecca came back out and put it in. She did an amazing job and took the time to make sure I had the correct type of lock for my door.

East Way Lock & Key are amazing. Customer service is the best. Always answers questions whether it's about a new lock or house security.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE: I had an appointment at 9:30AM. I took off work to be at the appointment. The lock Smith showed up an hour late. I called the dispatcher twice to get his whereabouts. He was getting his vehicle inspected on my time. It took him more than 30 minutes to pick the lock. I had to assist him in installing the new lock. They charged me for an hour and a half. I called the office manager with my concern. She would not adjust the price. Unbelievable!

I locked myself out of my house and googled locksmiths near me and East Way lock and key was the first one to come up. I called the business and it was answered by somebody speaking broken English, but they said they could make it within 25 minutes. The guy showed up in a beat up car that was unmarked he didn't identify himself and then proceeded to tell me it would be $200 plus a service fee plus an additional hundred dollars if he had to drill the lock. I told him that was ridiculous. I had a bad feeling and I called another locksmith in front of him and explained what was going on and asked what their prices were and did that sound right. The guy text me and told me to tell the guy to leave that this wasn't his Raleys Locksmith scam. I told the guy to leave or I would called the police. The business called me attempting to say that it was legitimate, and he was offering me a discount which is BS. If it was legitimate, he wouldn't have to offer a discount and then I saw the guy coming back down my road headed my way I locked myself in the garage until the second company showed up, do not use these scammers!

Came out to commercial location and replaced lock in antique door. Next day service and tech was fast.
