Eden Sidewalk Contractors

I am disappointed in the sidewalk pavement repair which resulted in a serious trip hazard which they refused to repair, change or offer any resolution to a dangerous situation which they created in replacing the sidewalk in front our business. I would not recommend them at all as completely uncooperative.

I'm very grateful to Eden General Construction in particular Adeel and Asif from Mickle Avenue Bronx In doing our sidewalk job so seamlessly and beautifully to get sidewalk violation removed. They answered all our questions and concerns and always returned our calls promptly. Not to mention we took several quotes for sidewalk job in Parkchester Bronx area and they gave us the best quote. They taped the surrounding areas well to prevent pedestrian damage. The contract was to the point and detailed, they sent the inspection report to the state as soon as the work was done. Now I'm just hoping the state will do their end to remove violation. The guys have an amazing attitude and are very professional and responsive. Overall I'm very happy with the service, look no further than eden general !

Eden Construction and I have a long history with them and at the end of the day they've earned my business. I had a new driveway/walkway installed and there was an issue with part of the installation. They came back and fixed it after hearing my complaint. And that is worth all the money in the world. No one is perfect but this company will right any wrongs and won't leave you hanging having to hire someone else. I will use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eden. I contacted the company for an estimate and within an hour the owner Adeel, the owner, contacted me back to schedule an estimate. He showed up as scheduled, and was so professional, well dressed, soft spoken, and kind. He gave me the most reasonable honest estimate of all three companies that I contacted. Since the area where the sidewalk was needing to be replaced was a bus stop, there was an extensive issue with getting the permit from MTA. Adeel and his team Anays Suarez worked tirelessly to obtain the permit which eventually was approved and within a few days the sidewalk job was complete. His crew showed up on time and were thorough and did an excellent job. Another issue that is important to note is that while we were waiting for the permit approval I had a a leak in my basement and the sidewalk had to be dug up in another location away from the area that was estimated for repair. When i contacted Adeel and asked if he could add that area to the repair (I was fully prepared to pay additional for that) he immediately said he could and would not charge additional for it. Such a wonderful company and as a woman alone trust is everything given often times companies reps take advantage and this was not at all the case with Eden and Adeel.
