Absolutely wonderful experience here. The food was great, super authentic, and flavorful. The staff were all so friendly. Family owned small business. They gave my boyfriend a tequila shot and sang to him for his birthday. Try the table side guacamole. You won't be disappointed.
Everything was delicious with great vibes all around.Helpful 12Thanks 4Love this 11Oh no 0 - Feb 25, 2024Updated review4 check-ins
Oh my goodness this place is AWSOME!!!. You're greeted right away at the door and seated quickly. Our server Gustavo was courteous and oh so friendly we never wanted for anything, he was there with what ever we needed. We ordered 2 Pacifico Fish Taco's, which was the Chef's Special. The food was so good my husband had to order again. This time he ordered Steak and Chicken Nachos. Oh my the flavor was amazing.

Our server Isabel was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent suggestions. I decided on the Molcajetes Cantinero my husband ordered the Fajitas trio Steak, Chicken & Shrimp and my daughter ordered the Enchilada Al Comal. Oh my goodness everything was so fresh and tasty. We like the ambiance so authentic.
One of the Owner's Isabel greeted us to make sure everything was okay. She's was absolutely lovely.

I ordered the Pescado Aka Diabla which, is Sea Bass cooked with mushrooms and onions. My husband ordered Almendra. Hats off to the chef Juan. Our server Raul is very knowledgeable about the menu with Excellent Customer Service and the willingness to serve and satisfy. I almost forgot our drink was the Cadillac Margarita which was great by the bartender Isabel.

Great service with friendly waitstaff!
The food was really good also
I loved that they made the guacamole appetizer "table side" and I also loved their salsa! The salsa has a little Smokey flavor to it.
The place was packed with people and you can tell it's a popular local spot! Good vibe!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 241119237Apr 18, 20241 check-in
I really like this place. Great people here. Service was amazing! They provide fresh chips and salsa at the table. I had the Chile Verde burrito. It was served "wet" with sauce and cheese over it. Very tasty! It's got the right tartness you want in a Chile Verde, as well as savory. The rice and beans were the perfect pairing. They do have a hotter chipotle salsa, if you ask for it. We also ordered the taco salad, and weren't too impressed, tho, sorry to say. It was lacking tomatoes and just an overall freshness. The guac on the salad was a little dark looking. There were no fresh tomatoes or pico de gallo, and I don't know why we didn't just ask for some, but it's a complete afterthought at this point. The ice tea was a little weak, but the Micheladas were spot on, delicious. I recommend this place for its Service, location, variety of menu items, and overall atmosphere, but service being the top reason.

We walked in Saturday around 12pm and were able to be seated at an outside table. There was complimentary chips and salsa brought to our table. The salsa wasn't spicy at all. We ordered the enchiladas del Pazcifico, molcajete cantinera (a bit salty), and pazcifico style fish tacos. Food was good and came out fast. Our waitress was really nice too. Parking is street parking.

Brought my team for lunch. We were so grateful that they moved us to a larger table because we needed it. We ate way too many chips and the food was excellent. The service and food are always excellent when I come.

Service was good. drinks were ok flight was pricey $39.99 the favorite margaritas was the strawberry margarita. Food was horrible. Too Americanized for me not very authentic rice was horrible the best thing was the chipotle sauce on the enchiladas but they up-charge you for everything a side of extra sauce for dried enchiladas is ridiculous. To get shrimp enchiladas was also an up charge. I ordered the garlic butter shrimp no garlic butter sauce disappointing and too many onions. Wouldn't come here again. Definitely don't recommend!

Definitely a solid choice for Mexican food in Lodi. This was my first time here (I don't live very close), but my friend comes here on a regular basis. She had fajitas and I had tampiquena... a dish that I've never seen before even though I consider myself very familiar with Mexican food. Of course, I had to try it... especially once I read the description! I mean, what could possibly go wrong with a bacon-wrapped, pepper stuffed steak?
It was very good! The fajitas were too.... even the chips and salsa.
The service was great - according to my friend, it always is. One somewhat odd thing (in my opinion) that happened was the waitress brought rice and beans on a separate plate to accompany my dish... and that plate had a scoop of guacamole on it.
Apparently, my plate wasn't supposed to have guacamole on it... so she took it back to the kitchen to correct the error. While I appreciate her catching and fixing the error, I caught myself wondering what happened to the guacamole - did it get thrown out? If so, why not just leave it on the plate? I would have been happy to have some. Not a big deal, but no need to waste food.Helpful 4Thanks 2Love this 2Oh no 0 - Feb 17, 20241 check-in
This place was hopping on a Friday night. There is only street parking around the restaurant. We got our name on the list but didn't wait too long for a table. The service was excellent, even being busy our waters were topped up and the chips and salsa were flowing. The salsa was good not your traditional red salsa. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food. I got the spicy shrimp and the sauce was excellent with just the right amount of heat and spice. Portion size was just right and the refried beans were good. It was bright and a bit loud which was to be expected on a busy Friday night.

Was in the mood for a molcajete and saw a white sauce one here, something I have never tried before! I've got to say the sauce was delicious. It was a seafood molcajete but there was 2 pieces of fish, 3 small shrimp and hardly any imitation crab. There were a whole lot of onions and bell peppers. I also got the margarita flight and I didn't expect it to be $35. The flavors were all different fruits but to me, they tasted like medicine and not strong. For $35, I could've gotten some shots and I would've felt more of a buzz than that flight. I would come back again but try something else on the menu! Our server was super cool and funny, I didn't catch her name though.
