I came for a classic pedicure for a mommy daddy night out & left not being able to walk
I came after the first hospital visit & told the manager if exactly what happened and I didn't even get an apology much less a refund offer! then a few days later, my toe, got even worse, and I had to go to urgent care again! not once have I got an apology nor an offer for a refund and I have over $2000 and doctor bills!
had it not been for antibiotics I would not have a tow right now! And let me know that I have never had an inground toenail in my entire life
I came the first time to try to settle it and let them know thinking that maybe it was just a new person or a mistake but by the second time that I had a cane, I realize that they truly do not give a heck or they would've took the time to apologize and refund me before I have to file a civil suit on them

so when you go in, just hope and pray that you don't get an infection on your foot and about lose it like I did

i'm a very kind person and I just got an apology and possibly a refund I probably would've continued to go there but the lack of remorse is disgusting

Me, my mother in law and sister in law have been coming here for years. Amy and her staff are so sweet and always accommodating. Their prices are also really reasonable and you don't have to wait a long time. I do suggest making an appointment in case you don't want to wait. They also have snacks and drinks. I wish they had wine and champagne thought lol.

Terrible. This is the worst manicure I've ever received. This cost $45. I'm going to see if they will fix it today...

This was my first time going here. I got a full set, pedicure, and eyelash extensions. I had to return a second time to have the extensions on my right eye fixed which were already coming off the same day. I noticed while she was fixing them that she was using scissors to cut something. When I got home I realized that she had CUT parts of my bottom eyelashes OFF!!
So even after returning a second time to have the eyelashes fixed, they are still coming off on top of the fact that I now have no bottom eyelashes. My eyes have been irritated and watery ever since. I will be taking them off after only two days.

the WORST service I have ever received. To begin with, Amy tried to talk me out of what I booked my appointment for, silk wrap full set. Then, as soon as I sat down my nails were cut. I immediately pulled my hand away confused and was told that I had to get three tips because my tips were uneven, tips can be added with the silk wrap! No need to cut my nails. Then she soaked my nails in nail glue to the point it was burning. Whenever I tried to speak up and say I didn't like something she would actually argue with me. She even was complaint to a coworker not paying attention and filed half of my real nail off. I am absolutely blown away by the terrible customer service. I will not be back ever and I hope they get shut down. Oh, and, she didn't change he gloves a single time in the four hours I was there. And she helped over five customers. Disgusting.

They are located next to tropical smoothie. My boyfriend and I grabbed a smoothie and walked over. They have excellent customer service as in they are smiling as well as hard working.

Let's be clear:
I'm not here for customer service. My boyfriend was just looking to sit and relax. I just wanted a fresh spring color, a regular pedicure for $28. Just because I want something simple doesn't mean it should like a child did it. Everyone is licensed and working as a part of a professional business.

I had to point out that the nail polish was not only on my nail but also all over my skin so when he tried to wipe it off, he wiped off a portion of the yellow off my nail. He dipped a used tool in a bottle of acetone multiple times after using it on my foot. Making the acetone contaminated. Yes acetone does kill germs but that's not sanitary. It should have been put in a small bowl and thrown out afterwards.

I informed the technician that the color was too old as it was not smoothly coming out of the bottle but caking up like a foundation bottle and that I would like to pick another yellow. He said that they are all like that since so many people come in and out the bottle gets old fast. At this point it was pretty obvious that I wasn't getting anywhere.

I paid $56 and an additional $12 tip. I was not interested in causing a scene as I was the last person. I just don't want anyone else to waste their time or money on a bad nail shop.

Would I ever go back?
No, I'm not interested in wearing uneven polish all over my nails and skin.
Was it the absolute worst experience ever?
No, due to how kind everyone was that is the only reason why I tipped him.
Does that mean everyone is the same?
No, other workers may have better experience and precision in an industry that requires attention to detail.

Have always had excellent service and my nails last a long time. It is very clean. There is sometimes a communication problem due to language. The business is family owned and I have no complaints.

AWFUL! Went in on my birthday for what was supposed to be a nice treat. Instead I walked out $95 in the whole and a botched nail dip that I had to file down and redo MYSELF. I got one of the premium pedicures, but didn't see anything premium about it. My friend paid, and asked me why I didn't make them agree to fix it the next day. I told him that based on the overall experience, it was clear that they were lacking in skill, technique and professionalism. Never again!

Just got the absolute worst gel manicure of my life done here. I had gotten a gel manicure done here last Sunday and they had already chipped so I came back to get them re-done. Not only did they not start over the nail or attempt to fix the horrible shaping, they painted over them to "fix them." When I told my friend who was with me that she should go get her nails done somewhere else, they followed her out to her car to ask if she wanted to still get them done. Completely unprofessional and rude. Total waste of $40.

Honestly where do I even start. My sisters and I decided to get our toes down together. It started great, we were served as soon as we walked in. When we sat down to get our pedicures, I got an elderly lady (no disrespect at all). The lady was taking forever, my sisters were basically finished before me. She ended up stopping and letting someone else do them. The lady that who finished my nails basically had to start all over, but I noticed that person never changed her gloves and with COVID that's disgusting!!!
I decided to also get my nails redone, all I needed was a color change and nail repair. When I asked her how much it would be she told me it would be in total $58.... mind you the same girl with the dirty gloves was doing my nails. Once my nails was semi done, the price spiked up to $70... which didn't make sense. She never did a top coat ok my nails and they look like trash! Yeah don't come here find another place to go to please!!!! They look messy like a 5 year old did them
