These guys are AWESOME! Finally, a reliable company that performed. I called them to fix my dryer:

* Easy to schedule with a lot of available times
* Schedule was 8a - 12p
* They texted me a link so I could see where my tech was on a map
* He showed up at 8:40a
* Clean cut, wearing an Elite company polo shirt
* He quickly diagnosed the issue and agreed the parts and service to replace the blown motor was almost the same as a new dryer
* I paid him the $75 service fee and he went on his way

My tech was Michael, and he was extremely professional, competent and helpful. This is my new go to for issues like this.

My washing machine had quit working and I was concerned about who to call for repair. I have been a regular yelp user so that was the first place I went. They had great reviews and they were 100% correct. Just as the reviews said I had called and left a message. With in a few hours someone called me back. They asked me questions, explained the service call, price and when they would come out. I received a confirmation text. The service person called on the way to my house. Repair was completed at the time of the call. Items were replaced and cleaned up. Went very smooth. What a relief!

Hands down the best contracting service I've received to date and I have experienced over twenty contracting services as a landlord. They were responsive, communicative, pleasant, and very professional. They did a great job explaining the services I needed, and fixed my dishwasher accordingly. The value was within market value, which is quite inflated at the moment - as with everything else, so no shock there.

My dryer stopped heating (it's only 7 years old). Elite Appliance Repair was recommended on a local community forum. The tech was on time and efficient with diagnosing the problem. Repair was less costly than replacement. I would highly recommend using them for any appliance repair!

Steve came out the day after I called and quickly figured out the issue with the freezer (part needed to defrost it needed to be replaced). Price was reasonable and he had the part in his truck and was able to repair it within an hour or so (defrosting and replacing part). Overall excellent experience!
