I worked with Joseph on selecting a Medicare supplement plan that made the most sense for me. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient when it came to explaining the nuances and pros/cons of options. I feel fortunate he was referred to me by a close and trusted friend.

Very responsive and knowledgeable.
My only issue is the charges to receive paper documents. $14/month is not a viable option and I think really insulting. Computers are very good until they don't work or hacked. This is happening more everyday. Older individuals may or may not have adequate knowledge to use a computer as a single source of communication.

Laughing at the reviews where people said they never return calls. This disgusting company has robo called me five times in the past two days. I guess once they get your business, they're not interested. Good to know.

They call from local numbers leaving their 800 number to call. Reported them to my carrier for blocking.

Also reporting to BBB.

They don't return call- I think they are a scam company selling low quality products to gain $$

When I switched my Plan F to Ace Property and Casualty. I got an approval within 2 days. I got my policy and new insurance card within a week. I could not be happier.

Good service until they got the business. Then NOTHING. Five calls with msg to Agent Michael Davis. No call back..,no msg,..no email...nothing. Their 800 phone number auto routes call to the agent who never calls back so no way to get to Supv, or Cust Svc. Tried three other numbers...same robo answering routed to the guy that won't return calls...or music playing that never goes anywhere or gets answered. ABYSMAL service.

I really had no clue about insurance. the staff was respectful and courteous, a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

This being my first time signing into a Medicare plan Tucker Lytle was extremely helpful in explaining the process and the different insurances available. I ended up signing into a supplement and part D that I think will work out well for me. I appreciate the time and patience that it took to explain in a manner that was easy to understand. The insurance agents I dealt with were very professional and knowledgable and were able to answer my questions and if they could not, they found out the answer for me. Lexington Goodwin, who I understand is no longer with you, helped me get the answers to things I needed to know that I could not get on my own and helped me narrow down and choose the right Medicare plan for my husband and I. After Lexington left I used a different agent, Adrianna Menendez, and she helped me when I had a question about the umbrella policy we bought. She was very helpful, above and beyond, even staying after hours to help me with a problem I thought I had, but turned out not be a problem, after all. Great training you are giving your agents.
