For context, i was quoted $1300 which eventually became 2.5k after all the mini fees they've tacked on -- 600ish for a small truck, 300 for three flights of stairs despite them using the elevator exclusively, etc

The service guys were generally nice enough -- i actually felt bad for one of em cause he was telling me about how work-hoarsy he felt with his cabinmate

Tldr, im sure you'll be able to find better options in nyc

As a office manager having a reliable cleaning service is key for me as they make my job so much easier.

When I come into my office space every morning my bathrooms are fully replenished and I have a stocked pantry ready for my staff. I can't thank elite enough!

Everyone is entitled to a bad day, and unfortunately that's what we experienced. Forgivable, but then the remedial clean was also lacking. Far worse was their customer service. It's a shame that understanding and being respectful to customers is a dying art. Some of the team here are really good, a lot of potential.

Wow. I just had my windows cleaned and my carpet shampooed for my office. I actually thought this would be a huge hassle to get done. I request this job for the 1st time and need my office to be cleaned the next day. Elite really came thru for me. The people I spoke to were very helpful and the cleaners were on time as requested and helpful. They even put my furniture back were it originally was.

This is a pathetic excuse for a cleaning company...I am not quite sure what they do, but MAN oh man... the heavens opened up when I sent out their letter yesterday telling them they are FIRED!

The rates are pretty decent, but why pay for work not done. They were supposed to clean bathrooms, office, kitchen etc. It was a fairly basic contract, unfortunately...my mornings are spent rewashing dishes that are dirty that were placed in cabinets, items mysteriously disappeared, the bathroom was never properly cleaned...maybe I am too picky....no on second thought

I recently moved offices in Manhattan. My soon to be office was left a mess and really needed a deep cleaning. Walls, floors, windows everything. I hired Elite and they did an amazing job - I could literally eat off my floors after they were done! I was so impressed with them that I hired them to clean my office weekly and I am so happy I did. I highly recommend Elite!

Used them for 3 months and they didn't really care. All they did was pick up the trash. Worst services I've ever used.

We used Elite Service Group for a construction clean up to our new office. My boss was very pleased that they honored all of our special requests. The crew was great and we are pleased to say that we have signed a contract to use Elite as our weekly cleaning company. I do recommend them highly as I have had some terrible experiences in the past with other cleaning companies as to why I wanted to take the time to let you know how great this company is.

I highly recommend Elite Service Group for cleaning your office. I switched to Elite a year ago and I am very satisfied with how they clean my office space. Every time I come into my office after they have cleaned it looks immaculate and smells wonderful. This cleaning company is the best!
