I have used EmbroidMe Wyandotte for all my staff uniforms for over 8 years. Polos, warm up jackets and outerwear with our logo and names give us a professional look both in our office and out in public.

They doubled the price on items you bring to them for embroidering from $7.50 to $15.00 and added a hundred dollar minimum. Eliminating small business owners from their business model. I was told they are a franchise and can't afford the cost of making errors on items they don't sell directly. I guess I am looking for a new embroidery company and will no longer be able to work with this local company. I had referred several people to them in the past 3 years. The people I referred were also small business owners and are no longer part of their business model.

I ask EmbroidMe to reapply numbers to a volleyball shirt in July 2017. I went in 4 times to get the shirt. I never got a call from them in regards to the shirt. Each time I was told that they were ordering numbers for it (which they never did). I went back in for the last time on Oct. 8, 2017 to ask about the shirt. She said they can order me an new shirt or new numbers. So they've had the shirt for 3 months and didn't touch it in that amount of time. Don't bring your business to EmbroidMe.

Name on team warm up jacket spelled incorrectly - TWICE! Took so long that the jacket no longer fits. They are very sorry but doing NOTHING about it.
