Wild Willys Car Wash

for me the critical part of a car to keep clean is the windshield and the floor. wild willy's did a great job on the exterior and interior- getting rid of a winter's worth of yuk on the outside, and a couple layers of fir needles and winter yuk on the inside! and now i can see out my windows wonderfully! thanks so much!

I have been coming here for years and the quality and service have gone so far down I don't know that I'll ever come back. Waiting for 5 minutes for anyone to even come acknowledge you have driven up to the pay shack! And then acting like you are an inconvenience! Totally not ok!

Super disappointed and I hate that. I use to go to Springfield location and was always extremely satisfied but they changed their services so I made the trip to Eugene. I asked specifically if they were gonna wipe down my doors and my seats and they said "yes we do everything" I said great you guys are AWESOME! Probably 10 minutes later they were done. They didn't wipe down anything but the dash. And the most disappointing thing was they literally sprayed half of each tire with tire shine? Looks so bad. Super lame. 2 starts for the vacuum job

I don't know why I tried this place again but I did. I remember last time being so upset but it was a year and a half ago? I came here today with some dog hair on my floor and the smell of wet dog kind of in my car LOL I went to the restroom after handing them my car, came out 5 minutes later and they were done? ???? I couldn't believe it? I have a dual cab Honda Ridgeline and told them they didn't need to worry about the back floor board. And they asked me what sent ...I said jasmine. I got back into my car and I couldn't believe the shitty job they did? For 1my car had no smell of jasmine at all????? And I'm not well off enough to afford $20 for the interior of my car to be done, but I've been sick for a week so I'm still a little weak and couldn't do it myself I cannot even believe the job they did it's blowing my mind right now $20? Really? They got me again?? I don't know when I'm gonna learn. I kind of feel like crying because I'm trying to save up for the really good brand of dog food and $20 on a job I could have done for some quarters myself... they really let me down It's a shame... I just called them giving them the chance to make it better before I posted this because I really ain't the type to post this kind of shit and not leave a tip I feel really bad about myself... But all they said is we did our best? I have tears in my eyes . I decided to give this car wash one more chance. Never again! I paid over $50 today plus $10 tip. When they informed me my car was ready the things I paid extra for were not done. There were water drops everywhere. I informed them
that I had paid an extra $16.99 (on top of the Ultimate package) and they then did the inside work. I asked about cleaning the windows and they said 'we don't do windows'. What!? You don't do windows after I paid over $50?? It honestly looks like crap. I will never go back.

Called to find out about rain repellant service and was greeted by a friendly employee who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took both vehicles in and received the same amazing customer service. Not sure if the rain repellant will work but the service will bring me back!

I recently stopped in trying to find a full service car wash in Eugene and was surprised to find the clerk rude and demeaning as I asked my questions. "Are you actually reading the sign?" he inquired as I asked about the different features of the various car washes. I will not support a business with such poor customer service.

this is my second review because I neglected to mention that this business has changed ownership/management over the years. The reviews that are older are positive, and the recent reviews are not so positive. If the owner/business manager wants to have a profitable business moving forward it would be advised to look at the customer service and your employees' work ethic. I will not come back to this business or the Springfield location until I see a new management company or an apology posted to all customers who have been treated so poorly. Just took my car for a wash today and bought the $30 "Platinum Package" and what I ended up receiving was something I would maybe pay my 14-year-old lazy teenager $5 for if I was in a generous mood. There were visible pine needles on the seats and carpets, the door jams were still filthy (on the passenger side, so maybe one of the guys was actually doing his job??) and the dash and all the hard surfaces weren't touched at all. My hub caps were still full of dirt and there was no tire shine used even though it was supposedly included. The kicker is I gave them a $10 tip cause I know it's a difficult and low paying job. I hate when I see people inspecting their cars right in front of the employees, but now I wish I had. This was by far the worst car wash I've ever received.

Just don't. I paid $30 for this. The windows had new gunk all over them, it was supposed to have tire shine, and if it wasn't showing my license plate, I'd show you my filthy tailgate+bumper.

They're lucky I don't report them.
