Hi Kimberly E. Sorry to hear about this . We offer five days warranty to customers, If your mother extensions as your said only lasted a week .Would you mind help me to call her come back we check it and fix it. Please believe we can solve the problem and find out the something non-normal happen.We offer 3 different type of the glue ( sensitive, normal and strong.) To be honest our customer usually can lasted 3-4weeks When they come back to refill still left lot eyelashes. If not how could we have been in business for six years
For the price maybe you mother didn't make it clear to you .We are advertised for the first time customer 45 that for the classic eyelashes look, Your mother don't like the special offer one, She want have to WOW VOLUME eyelashes look . That's why she upgrade to the volume eyelashes that it had more than 6 on one lash. We have explain it before we do it.

I used to get my lashes done by a close girlfriend but when she decided to move to Miami I was soo sad & also had no idea who else I could trust to do my lashes lol... Prior to getting my lashes done by this girlfriend I had bad experiences going to chain lash businesses, other friends, and smaller lash boutiques.
Soo when I decided to try this place I was a little apprehensive. However, from the moment I walked in I was so nicely greeted & the boutique was clean with a very soothing/calm vibe. For my first appt I only came for a 3 week fill. I swear I had closed my eyes around 6:35 & I kid you not by like 7 I awoke to having full lashes again which is record time!! Typically my fills would take at least 1 hour which even with my girlfriend doing them is still an hour more out of my time lol. But this time around my lashes looked full again & beautiful. I was so impressed!!
Every time I've come in for an appt my lashes have come out looking beautiful, I've always been comfortable, the prices are veryyy fair & it's never taken very long also so this is my new go to lash spot!!

got the $49 package just to show up and have it be an extra $20 for a less extreme curl, which was not stated anywhere on the groupon. Would not have purchased if I knew of the added cost. Left my eyes irritated and a burn/lump on the inside of my upper eyelid. Lashes feel fried and not completely curled.

I haven't gotten my eyelashes done for half a year and decided I needed my lashes again! So I looked on IG and found these cute videos of stunning eyelashes and BAM! I saw the wispy style. So I knew I had to try this look out. Oh my goodness! Look at my eyelashes!!! OPULENCE (lavish, lushness)! They aren't heavy whatsoever and they don't even rub against my glasses! I HIGHLY recommend this place
FIRST OFF: make an appointment-- it's 2022 and time is money so don't be wasting yours by doing a walk-in.
Second: you get options on what look you want and they work with your eyes (bruh, that's a plus)!
Third: Bring CASH just cause it's easier but they do have ZELLE and a charge for using card.

Since the moment I went inside they treated me so nice and explained to me all the different styles. I love how perfect my eyelashes look!! The eyelash tech who helped me was amazing in every way. She was so sweet and did an amazing job at taking care of me (I'm sorry I didn't ask for her name) not to mention the prices that are very affordable compared to other eyelash extensions places. I will definitely be coming here for my refills!

I highly recommend this place to anyone! I love my lashes so much!! Customer service is excellent and they're really sweet. I got my lashes done with Momo! She's so nice and talented! Just show them what you want and they're gonna give you exactly what you asked for my new fav lash salon!

And apparently no eyelashes extension lasts for very long time, but I consider it lasts for a period time more than I expected for what I pay for.

I've never said it was the lash tech before you that did thick lashes. I said that I've done thick lashes before and prefer them to be simple and not thick. Clearly, you don't have enough experience because you would have been able to handle thin lashes if they were thin. Yes, I did pay $90 and I did not ask for "special lashes" for the fill. My review is just that. It is MY review and how I felt. It is not misleading. It is because it is not to your liking.

Hello M L.I am sorry but this review is misleading.You did not pay $90 for a fill .you only paid $55 for a fill.For the refill we maximum price is $68. To your thin eyelashes ,you should forgot what you said.you said that before beautician always make thick eyelash and then really lost a lot of real eyelashes .so this time ,you want to make light and light eyelashes.That's why i have to suggest you to do the best japanese eyelashes....the point is i have gave you a mirror to show your own eyelashes situation at that time. " So i dont know why after that you said this ,But if you forgot we can show you the shop video.I apologize that your eyelashes expectation was not met as this experience. Our beautician are not only certified but very experienced with between 6-10 years of therapy experience.we have performed few hundredds of eyelashes our most customers are extremely happy .Again,We are apologize that your expectation were not met with this experience. ANYWAY we care all the customer.Please make call if you have any problem ,We can going to free to fix it until you satisfied.As long as you are happy .Thank you

I didn't have a good experience because the lash tech kept trying to convince me to get a different set that was more than what I came in for. Idk who I got but she kept tsking a lot. I ended up paying $75 instead of the advertised price of $45. Since then, I've been going to Temple City for years to get my lashes done for $45, but she moved to West Co. I saw their advertisement for a new location a few blocks away from home, so I decided to give it another try. I came in for the advertised price of $49 and again, she said she couldn't do it because I didn't have enough lashes. My old lash tech never said anything about that. I always got what I asked for from her and I was always satisfied. I ended up paying $90 for eyelashes that felt heavy and the glue felt clumpy. I even paid extra again for the "better quality." The lashes didn't last long. I went in for a fill, and she did a better job, but I paid $90 again, but she said it was going to be $65 over the phone. $180 for lashes for a month is totally not worth it. Needless to say, I will be traveling the extra distance to have better quality lashes and done properly without trying to pressure me into upgrading every time.
Also, please don't respond to this message telling me that because of what was wrong with my eyelashes is why I needed to pay extra or that's why the outcome was how it was. I went to the same lash tech for years until she moved and she has never once stated anything was wrong with my lashes.
