When I found out my my favorite Nurse injector, Carolyn had started here, I called to make an appointment. Upon my first call the front desk staff was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. With my first appointment, I immediately felt I had made the best decision to use EpiCentre for all of my Med Spa needs. I work in the Spa Industry so I had high expectations. Since my first appointment they have kept the level of service, professionalism, beautiful results, all with a warm comfortable environment.

The most wonderful and knowledgeable staff in Dallas for skin care. Grateful for the skin care product knowledge which has been a huge benefit to my skin.

I am new to the Dallas and was looking for a skin care center/medspa for skin maintenance (facials, botox etc.) I had a consultation with Natalie who was able to address my skin issues. What she recommended was not what I was expecting but decided to go with her advice and I AM VERY PLEASED! Obviously she is very knowledgeable, and knew, by experience what I was looking for. The staff is very friendly and worked to find discounts in the various programs they are affiliated with (brilliant distinctions etc) to give me the best price for the treatments ...which unfortunately are expensive....but I would never go somewhere because they were "cheaper". Usually you get what you pay for and this practice is well worth it!

I have been going here since I moved to Dallas in 2010. Laurie is my trusted injectable person and she does an amazing job. If you want to look naturally beautiful and not over done she is the best. I have also used Epicentre for other treatments like laser facials and more. They always are professional, on time, and make me look great. They also are leading the market with new devices and techniques.

Highly trusted and very experienced staff! I have been going to Epicentre for at least 10 years and remain impressed with their services. Laurie and Stephanie are amazing with injectables and fillers. They are both RNs with many years of skincare experience and knowledge. The staff stay well-informed of the newest lasers and techniques and their goal is to not make you look "over done". They promote products that are appropriate for my age, skin type and goals. I highly recommend Epicentre Park Lane!
