This guy is a creep. We interviewed him as a sellers ago once, 6 years ago. We went with another agent. He won't stop soliciting us. Years! We don't even live in LA anymore. Emails. Junk phone calls. Text messages. Weekly, if not daily. Ignores un-subscribes. Ignore being asked to stop. We block the numbers and he just uses a different one. He is relentless and won't take a "no". Skip the harassment and use a different agent.

Recently, I undertook a difficult project that I put a lot of time, effort, and money into. After putting so much into it, I wanted to make sure that my efforts weren't wasted. I was extremely selective about the agent I chose to represent the property and I met with a lot of them. Most of the agents I met with were unimpressive. Ten minutes into my first meeting with Erik I thought to myself, "Oh, this guy gives a s***t. This is the guy who is going to get me the best outcome." I was right.

To start, Erik is a savvy and effective marketer. With his help, I got beautiful photos of the property taken that produced a steady flow of potentials starting within a couple hours of listing.

Secondly, he's a great communicator. Using the feedback he was getting in the pre-marketing phase, I was able to put some final touches on the property to prepare it for showing. That feedback also inspired us to bump the listing price 15%.

Lastly, he finds people that NEED the property. As I said earlier, the project was difficult. It was difficult because it is a unique property that isn't going to appeal to everyone. Well, Erik found someone it did appeal to. It appealed enough that he got me an additional 5%. And he did it all in ONE MONTH!!!
