Charlie is a top notch mechanic.He repaired my Jetta. And helped my Daughter find an Audi to purchase. If you want someone to do work on your car bring it to him,.....
if you want it done right. He is a very honest mechanic who explains throughly the work he does and shows you the old parts he replaces.

I was referred by a friend of mine to charlie (carlos) to Euro Master Tek on July 17th 2019 I had a issue with my battery it was constantly going dead over nite, Carlos advised me of a $50 service fee to diagnose the problem, Carlos came to the conclusion that it was my alternator it was no good I need to replace it so he gave me an estimate of $468 parts, $200 labor, plus tax total $668 minus the $50 totaling 618.00.
Carlos was done with the job and he gave me a new invoice totaling. $740.37 I asked him what is this from he said it was plus tax I asked him you are already charge me taxes on your original estimate he said," well that's the new price",... even though he did the job he jacked up the price without letting me know and I had to pay for it
I warned you,...heads up with this mechanic! he tried to give me a $25.00 discount onmy next visit I told him no thank you there is not going to be a next time hope my bad experience will help others avoid new ones I'm just advising everybody else to be careful with this technician. Update my car came back with the problem it was not the Alternator this is not a mechanic just a part changer

Glad to find a good mechanic who does good work on a timely basis and at a fair price. I've had him work on my American cars and each time he's done an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him for your car repairs.

I recommend this place 100% , Knows what he's doing and knows a lot of bmws. I only trust this guy working in my bmw 325i. Great shop.

This is the best Mechanic for Audi's and BMW. He has done an amazing job with everything from breaks, to transmission and electrical. He always shows the parts and gives super great pricing that beats the competition and the dealers by a lot! He even changed out our splash shield for just the price of the part! Highly recommend him for luxury European cars!!!

The mechanic was nice at first, but conducted a completely incorrect evaluation on my vehicle. He diagnosed the error, replaced parts that had nothing to do with the error and I still continued to get the error even to this day. He try to make customers feel sorry for him and he is a complete rip off. I would NEVER, EVER, recommend him to ANYONE.
