As a 4 yr customer, I am super disappointed in the shop owner Brian, who diagnosed and made an expensive repair while my cayenne turbo was in the shop 3 months.
Before the new location, things were different and more personable. I trusted the shop and Brian.
The new shop is very nice only they lost their Porsche certified mechanic, still charge the same, only unsupervised work.
My car has 83k miles and when it was picked up Dec 16, I paid and within 24 hrs it had broken down!!
Having it supposedly repaired and counting on road worthiness, I was super concerned at the repeated warning lights after Brian's supposed repairs. He made a roadside rescue personally and gave assurances the car would be fine, if not, he would take care of it at his expense.
Well, Brian proved to be a liar and after leaving more than 15 mssgs in 20 days he has still not called me back or responded to e mails?
Very strange and disconcerting. It's unfortunate Brian's integrity is not quite there and he actually never followed up on a $6 k repair done wrong.
Be very wary of his BS and lack of concern

Then, the shop moved location to a new state of. The art facility and the owners son, with whom I always had a job rapport, started losing his mechanics, his front office and most importantly his integrity!
Brought my Cayenne turbo w/ 83k miles on it I'm for a suspension fault code and a high pressure oil intake failure.
Waited patiently for 3 months for the parts and repairs which I was told when they charged me the part would be shipped from nearby Oregon and not to worry.
About 40 days later and after checking in routinely, I took charge myself and called the parts supplier and the part arrived 3 days later.
When I dropped the car , there was a Porsche certified mechanic named Alex who has since sadly left the company, leaving the car to be repaired by who?
$6k plus later, and 3 months, the car is supposedly ready. They charged me for the final bill and Brian the owners son, personally assured me that it was repaired and very road worthy and had been really gone through so it could be driven distances.
I paid for all the phony labor ( recently found out)
and had my son pick it up and within 24 hrs it broke down twice.
Brian called me back for the emergency situation and personally went to help my stranded son and assured me that the car was fixed again and reset codes and not to worry.
My son drove off and during his travels the suspension fault codes came on.
Then, when he got and hour away from the ultimate destination, the car became unsafe to drive at all, so we had to leave it on the road and later tow and retrieve.
Meantime, I had been given Brian's personal cell and email and made over 20 contacts with him and to this day he has ignored all of them!
Having left messages w/ his front office as well, he 24 days later has ignored his words to my son and I that he would personally take care of it himself at his expense!
He has lied to me, ignored all form of contact and I really hope that others do not have to put up with this form of CLIENT IGNORANCE.
Yes there's Covid, shipping delays and staffing issues, that we all know.
What I will NEVER understand is WHY Brian never followed up with me for his shoddy repairs. Nothing at all, that's why I am yelping and hopefully warning others of his new business practice!

Took my Porsche for a oil change and I never
Knew so many things about oil and why not to get oil at other places I will never take my car anywhere else these guys are truly experts
Even getting parts the dealer had to get from Germany 2 weeks wait but not here 2 days and great priceHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - RunningCrazy G.Eagle, ID024Dec 29, 2018
I just moved to Eagle and my car battery kept draining. I thought it was the alternator, called to schedule an appointment, and drove over. They could have told me it was the alternator but instead the car just needed a battery (I thought it had been replaced not long ago but turned out it was the original battery on a 2011 car). They replaced it while I waited and I was off and driving. The owners are the type of people you want to do business with. They are ethical, honest, and all around good people...they really know German cars as well. Since my car is a 2011 BMW with 160k miles I feel I now have one thing checked off my list......a good mechanic! Thank you!!

I went to this shop after noticing the perfect 5 star reviews. Now I know all of these have to be paid reviews or reviews posted by their own family members.
This shop was not able to talk to my warranty company to compensate for a part the warranty actually covers, and authorized for compensation. I was told "Hans would much rather not deal with the warranty people".
That being said, they damaged the brake booster on my 335i and also ruined the leather console inside the car. I spent hours of my time and gas driving back and forth to get them to remedy the damages only to find out they flat-out lied to my face on both accounts.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chad D.Twin Falls, ID01Aug 7, 2020
I have taken several of my cars to Hans and the crew. They have always made room for me and have helped in every way. I feel they know what they are doing and I have never been disappointed in their service. I would recommend them and plan on continuing to see them to fix and service my Porsches.

Took our Mercedes C280 in for a bad air conditioner in November 2016.
Part of the AC system disintegrated and the system was full of metal confetti. Hans explained the problem and had it fixed in 2 days. The cost was $1400 and that was a lot less than the Mercedes dealership service department wanted.
While Hans can seem gruff in person and on the phone, he is a nice man and is willing to do what is necessary to fix your car.
Hans is great at doing what he says and is fair and just with his repair decisions. He does NOT recommend anything your car does not need, just to make a sale.
I am taking my car back in soon for some minor issues that have all come up over time.
I recommend this shop, but you do have to know what is wrong with your car, at least a general idea. They cannot read your mind.
Also, I have been having a horrible time with another car repair facility. After speaking with Hans for his advice on where a good non-European Car repair facility is, he told me to just bring my 2 non-European vehicles in to him and he will see that they get repaired properly.
This is customer service going more than the extra mile!!! These other cars are not European made vehicles, but Hans values the customer more and wants to see us taken care of!!!
I upgrade my review to 5 stars from 4 stars!!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - James P.Nampa, ID01Apr 24, 2018First to Review
The guys in the shop were friendly and informative. Quality work was done on a difficult job. I'm very happy with the work done, and will bring future business their way.
