Everdry Waterproofing

Had Everdry come out approx 2 years ago after some flooding in our basement. After coming out and remedying the problem there were no incidents for a year. After heavy rain a year later, water come in from areas that weren't previously waterproofed by Everdry. After calling and telling them my situation, they were quick to have someone come out and figure out the problem areas. Since coming out a second time we have not had any problems. The lifetime warranty is a great peace of mind, and their customer service is very helpful and understanding.

We had a major problem with flooding in our basement. We contacted several businesses and decided on Everdry Waterproofing. They did extensive work on our foundation, and installed water sumps. They did a great job. What I most like about them is that for a nominal fee per year, they will come out and fix anything that is wrong, if anything goes wrong. It is great peace of mind.

If you invite Everdry into your home expect pushy sales tactics and the choice of three options to fix your basement, all of which are +$25,000. Not to mention that the salesman presenting these options is just that, a salesman, not a structural engineer. My wife and I signed up for their "bread and butter," "patented," Multi-Step option. After reading some lovely one star reviews from yelp and google, everything made sense. We canceled our contract well before their 3 day window and again salesmen came to our house to change our mind. We obviously didn't fall for it but are on day 18 of waiting to receive a refund for our deposit even though their contract states we would receive it within 10 days. Please don't fall for their tactics and get an opinion from a structural engineer rather than a salesman when it comes to fixing your basement.

I have been a Everdry Customer since the early 1990's. I've been completely satisfied. My home was built in the 1880-1890's, so the basement was really an old cellar. Additionally, it was a Rock Foundation. Everyday turned my cellar into a usable Basement. And it has been dry ever since. This was the best investment we have ever made on our home.

We hired Everdry in the winter of 2021. Sales was a little pushy but we needed to get something done for the water leaking in our basement. It was expensive, but we have had a dry basement ever since. No complaints so far.

Our basement has been water free for years. Great job, courteous employees. The job was done efficiently and on schedule. I highly recommend them.
