Sanjiv is one of those people you just want to do business with. His shop is immaculate. The garage is organized. He is meticulous. The work is flawless and fair. He's a reasonable man who knows his value and yours. I've had two excellent experiences with him. The second to fix a lingering problem that he discovered while fixing the first. If you own a German car you will not find a better mechanic to fix or maintain your car - gas or diesel.

I was given Sanjiv's information from a friend as I just bought a used 2015 BMW X5 Diesel with 100,000+ miles and it needed a bunch of work done on it (check engine light, rear air shocks, etc.). I needed someone I could trust, someone that is honest and someone that is reliable.

Don't go anywhere else until you call Sanjiv! He knows his stuff, doesn't use aftermarket junk, his prices are fair, and WAY better than the dealer. I was worried about everything checking out so I could smog the car afterwards and Sanjiv told me not to worry as it takes time for sensors in a diesel to register. He didn't start replacing things just to replace things because he knows the ins and outs of my car. Again, HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY!!! - sure enough a few days later the sensors went ready and it passed smog with flying colors :-)

I could keep going, though what are you waiting for...if you are reading this then you need to call him and get your car in for any/all repairs and regular maintenance. I can tell you that he is our mechanic for life and he should be yours also!

I was referred to Sanjiv by a co-worker (who also has an old VW). Sanjiv and his team are professional, knowledgeable, fast, and very kind. They treated my car like it was theirs'. Sanjiv and his team helped me for 2 weeks because my old VW had several issues. He gave me very sound advice and found a way to help my old car last longer in these current times. Went shopping around to get my Porsche serviced. These guys responded quickly and with a price that was great, in comparison to what Porsche quoted. They were done with my car in great time and were very professional. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

So it turns out that I was due for service one month before my BMW extended warranty expired...but...COVID...and eight months later, I sat at Rusnak looking at a cool $1500 for maintenance. I've had amazing experience with an independent mechanic before, so I left the dealership and did my research. Sanjiv totally delivers--I heard back from him so quickly with a quote, he was able to get me in before the weekend, and his quote was so incredibly reasonable! Fast forward to the drop-off, where my partner's American-made car stopped working IN Sanjiv's parking lot, and Sanjiv and his team helped get it in running condition to drive it a few blocks to the Ford dealership! I was totally floored! If you're looking for an awesome independent BMW mechanic, I cannot recommend Exclusive Auto Service more highly!!

Sanjiv and his team at Exclusive Auto are the most knowledgeable and honest mechanics I have ever been to. I have taken my cars to him for over 20 years and there is no one else I trust more. I highly recommend getting out of the trap of taking your car to the dealer and go to Exclusive Auto, where you won't get oversold on unnecessary repairs, will get much better pricing and will have a quicker turnaround.

I have used Exclusive Auto Service since 2002 for my Mercedes. I tried other mechanics but since I found Sanjiv who owns and runs the place, I have never gone anywhere else. His service is excellent: he always tells me ahead of time what he is going to do and how much it will cost; he tells me how long it will take and it is always ready on time, and he does the work right the first time. He answers all my questions, accommodates my schedule, and when I get my car back it's clean! He takes it to the car wash. For all that service you'd think you would be charged extra. Nope. His prices are fair - much better than the dealer.
I just found out that he is now servicing Lexus. So happy. Now we can bring in our other car as well. I hope he stays in business as long as I own a car.

Sanjiv runs an exceptional shop here. I recommend him for all German cars. He's cheaper than the dealer and I hands down prefer him over the dealer as his service is superior and a much better customer experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, fast turn around time, and very fair prices. All OEM parts.

Very honest. Had another shop tell me a number of items needed to be fixed. Sanjiv checked out and said all were a lie. He could have taken advantage of me.
