Excuizine Caterer

I don't know where to start. This is the 2nd time we used Excuizine for our special events. The first time was for my son's baptism when they served Italian for dinner and then Asian for lunch the next day. At that time, I knew they were going to be our constant. They were so neat, organized, communicated effectively, and they had been very accommodating to our requests. Of course everybody exclaimed how sumptuous the food was.

When we started planning for an intimate dinner for 20 guests at home, I knew we wanted to have a 4-course sit-down dinner. I don't have anybody else in mind but Excuizine. They immediately sent us 3 menu sets that are quite put together. Surf and Turf, New American and Italian. And because we would need a rental vendor for our backyard reception, they also included flat wares, dinner wares and glass wares to be used for the dinner so all I had to do was send the list over to our rental vendor. (They were also Excuizine's recommendation, thank you!!) So convenient.
Didn't I also mention that our cake was also made by Excuizine? Ahhh, super moist! I like the fact that I don't have to go anywhere else for our wedding cake.

My whole family fell in love with Renee and the rest of the team from the beginning. Their demeanor, professionalism and of course their food and service were beyond my imagination.

You are amazing, Chef Renee! We love you, thank you for everything that you did to make our dream intimate wedding 2.0, a reality! All the best!!

During the height of the pandemic last March 2020, I booked this caterer. I canceled the event because our venue shut down due to the restrictions and lock downs. I contacted the caterer and negotiated for even a partial refund of the deposit. The caterer did not even work with me to see if I am willing to get some type of credit for a later event. Instead, she was adamant that she can not give me the refund because of the contract which by the way in the court of law, does not state anything regarding cancelation due to a pandemic or natural causes. So you would think they will be a little flexible. She did ask me a week prior to this encounter if my event will push through, I did say yes because during that time, there weren't a lot of information about covid-19. I was pregnant at that time and I didn't want to add more stress to myself on top of the stress from covid-19 so I let it go. However, in good faith, like any other vendors and caterers, this caterer should have offered an alternative way so she can still keep my $1,900 or most of it.

I cannot say enough about how fabulous every aspect of Excuisine CAterer. I was in a short notice jam and Chef Renee responded on a Sunday morning to my S.O.S. I found her on Yelp and the reviews and photos were all favorable. I sent a Saturday email, she texted on Sunday about doing a call. 1 hour later we chatted, picked a preliminary menu, over the phone from her vast selection of flavors, styles, options, nationalities, cultures. It was tough because everything sounded delicious. As we talked and shared our passion for food with strong flavor- none of this frozen, breaded, bland appetizer options. It was clear to me that Chef Renee was going to bring taste to the table. She did not disappoint! All of the guest noted how good the food was and we were never so happy to have leftovers!

I was further impressed with how she immediately did a quick contract with easy electronic payment. We inked the deal and in 24 hours I had my catering dilemma solved. Without any contact she showed up precisely as agreed. She and her team went to work fussing over the layout and set up of every little detail. They seemed as excited about the party as we were! Every detail was provided for and the cheese board was to die for! The food quantity was abundant and the baked goods are addictive. I know why she sells thousands of the chocolate crinkles!

You will never be disappointed using such a professional and talented caterer. I cannot wait to use Chef Renee again!

My husband surprised me with a 4 course meal prepared by Chef Renee of Excuizine for our 2nd wedding anniversary. Every single dish was not only beautifully presented, but absolutely delicious. I wasn't involved in the communication aspect- but my husband mentioned being impressed by how prompt and reliable Chef Renee was with responding to email while booking the event. Chef Renee and Sous Chef Mila showed up a few minutes early (like I said- VERY reliable!) and brought all ingredients and cooking supplies needed for the entire night. Once they set the table, they placed a customized menu for our special evening at each seat. Loved that little addition!

We started off with Fromage & Charcuterie...which I inhaled and probably shouldn't have since we had 3 more courses on the way! Gotta save room for more, girl! Next was the Acorn & Butternut Squash Soup. Creamy and delicious! Perfect for fall! Then was the main course- Filet Mignon & Fois Gras. Wow... This. Was. Amazing. Served on top of mashed potatoes...which makes every meal even more magical. It's been a week since I ate this and my mouth is STILL watering for more. The final dish was called Chocolate and Caramel Decadence- a sea salt brownie with salted caramel and vanilla ice cream. Yum! I was full at this point, but I left no brownie behind :) Chef Renee's choice of wine pairing with the meal was impeccable as well.

The entire evening was relaxing and delicious. We enjoyed the incredible meal and conversation with Renee and Mila. Thank you so much for making our anniversary so memorable!

Its been a year and Excuizine never fails.

Amazing food and great service. Ordered lumpia and pansit for a holiday party and the food was very delicious! Customer service was great. I look forward to tasting more of their menu items as well as booking them for future events.

Renee helped me plan and execute a surprise birthday brunch for my wife to perfection. The food was fantastic, but the service is what really elevated the whole experience. She was quick with communication throughout the whole process, arrived early on the day and took all the pressure of hosting away from me. My wife had the time of her life and it wouldn't be possible without Renee's help. Highly recommended.

I just had the best chocolate cookies ever! One bite and yhe cookie literally melts in your mouth! I can't wait to order it again!!!

Tried their Sandwich and kale salad. I like their sandwich wrap even thought I am not a sandwich person. The wrap was soft and fresh. I tried the tuna fish wrap and it was good. I like their kale salad too. Saw they have more things on the photos. Cannot wait to try more.

I had the chance to use Excuizine service for my boyfriend's surprise birthday party. The food was great! Ordered Satay chicken (this is really good), lumpia shanghai and Costa Rican chicken chunks with a side of kale salad. I am a foodie and is always in a search for places that offers good food. I really can tell that Chef Renee has a good palate not to mention that she's very professional as well( prompt and nice). She was also willing to adjust the ingredients if in case of allergies and give advise about your party theme/concept. I had a good experience with Excuizine. I will surely use contact them again!
