Great customer service. I've been a restaurant manager for 25 years and I know the importance of repeat business. I bought a Yelp coupon and it had fuzzy stipulations. Instead of just letting me walk disappointed Rocky called the owner to remedy the situation. Possibly taking a loss on the transaction. They've earned my business for life and they have a great selection and pricing anyway. Thanks again Rocky!




Update! Just had another fantastic experience this time with Victoria!! Very sweet and knowledgeable. Helped me find the right new vape stick and I'm super happy! Best vape shop I've ever been to and they will have my business for life! Don't mess around with some of the other vape stores. They gouge you and usually don't have the knowledge to steer you the right way. I wish I could leave another full review instead of just an update. Thanks Victoria!!!

Great shop decent size well organized. Willing to negotiate deals owner gave me a great deal on a glass piece and nectar collector! I asked for Rick and morty stuff and they had some sweet pieces. Lots of shops around this area but def check this one out

I have never had a bad experience here in the many times i have come in. They are always friendly and willing to help if i need it. As an avid hookah enthusiast i come here a lot for supplies (coals and shisha) and the only gripe i ever had was the type i wanted didnt have the flavor but i was pointed in the right direction and found other enjoyable flavors that i ended up liking. Overall a good find and not too expensive as hookah supplies go.

A clean establishment that has a lot to offer. The price points are great although I need to go back to check what kind of liquids they sell. Other than that, the two times I have shopped here have been very pleasant.

And they keep late hours, which is great!

Bad return policy. Unhelpful to those traveling in the area. Overpriced. Big selection. Many choices in the neighborhood much cheaper.

I would give 0 stars if i could. They are nice when you go for the first time but their products are all defective and they won't replace it. It felt like i had my money stolen. DON'T BUY MODS HERE

I had a Horrible experience there I've been to a lot of vape shops and this has to be the worst in the kcmo area. The owner was not helpful at all and didn't know anything about the ejuice or vaping equipment he was selling. Made me and my wife feel uncomfortable and unwanted. There's like 5 other shops on Broadway try them out first you won't regret it.
