I called for information and got an appointment for the next day. Moshe thoroughly explained the process but the cost range was extremely broad and we had a couple other service providers scheduled. Moshe did follow-up after visiting and was gracious when not hired for the job. Turned out, our homeowners association covered the ceiling issue and we did not need outside help.

From start to finish the line of communication was top notch and the work was done timely and with outstanding quality. I would recommend them 100%. You won't find better service.

I live in California and my auntie had a flood in her apartment few months ago we hired a different company to dry out the unit, unfortunately they did not do such a good job and mold grow after couple of months.
We took several estimate, EES where the only one that had a reasonable price and there estimate was detailed and professional.
We decided to hire them and they did exactly what they said they will do and they even pass a third party clearance testing on the first time!
The owner Moshe was so kind and professional with my auntie, I am so thankful.

I am very happy with the service that Express Emergency Services provided to my family. I was in quite a bind with a major leak and extensive mold infestation. Paul and team responded immediately to mitigate the damage and begin repairs. They walked me through the process and made it as painless as possible. Paul is very responsive and gets back to me with answers to my questions immediately. I would highly recommend using them if you find yourself in a similar situation.

BEWARE!!!! They do not stand by their work. I hired these guys to replace a broken glass slider. They replaced the glass and when they remounted the door. The door slid fine but did not close properly and there was a 1/2" gap between the top of door and the frame. I called them to fix it, they sent two other people who basically made the door worse. It does not slide smoothly and now I have to lift the door in order to open/close it. I called them again and they refused to come out to fix the issue. Stating that they already came out to fix them and that is all they are going to do. The rep was very argumentative with me, as if it was my fault that the doors function properly now. I would steer clear of any company that does not stand by their work. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the doors that they did not mount properly.

Express Emergency Services is a great company with very knowledgeable technicians that do a very good job at restoring a home after damage has been done. They did a great job at getting rid of fire damage done to my home.
