First time using Extravagant Affairs. Had a small family gathering and needed a tent, lights, chairs and linen. The Project Manager communicated well, the tent was set up where and how I wanted it, and everything was clean. Price was reasonable for the quality of equipment I was looking for. Highly recommend and will use again.

We utilized her coordination services, and she and her team were worth every penny paid (and both of our families certainly agree about this). Shovana was attentive to all the details that we asked of her, and frequently checked-in with us to see if she could help us in any way. She was especially good at vendor management, and in making sure that things ran on time (quite a rarity for a South Asian wedding, haha!)

Extravagant is right, paid too much for what she delivered!
Late serving appetizers, late getting set up, hard to get in touch with her

My coordinator Shovana Williams and her team made my dream come to life LITERALLY!!! I worked with Extravagant Affairs for over a year in the planning of my big day, and when I say they are PHENOMENAL, it is an understatement! They made me feel as of I was their only client!...I am a type A person, so the attention to details are so important to me. Shovana and Extravagant Affairs thought of EVERYTHING from beginning to end, and truly care about your happiness. As type as I am, I quickly felt so comfortable in leaving things in their hands without worry. Their goal is to make your wedding the most wonderful, and stress free day of your life. AMAZING! Wedding planning can be extremely stressful but Shovana and her prompt response, attention to detail and obvious vast experience really puts a bride's mind at east. I was able to connect her directly with the hotel and they worked out everything regarding the set up. If I was to do it all over again I'd still go with Extravagant Affairs. Kudos!!
