Extreme Seal Coating

Let me begin by saying this guy is a hard worker. He will bust his butt for you. That being said, what good is that if the job he is doing is an inferior one. I paid over 1000$ for some pressure washing paver repair and epoxy seal for my garage floor. After the first rain, all the sand he improperly laid down just washed to the street. My garage floor started immediately peeling as well. He claimed he's never had this problem with this product but other reviews will tell you otherwise. He did come out two more times to "fix" it but it's worse than ever. When you call him, he makes excuses and claims he did nothing wrong. All research indicates the floor wasn't properly prepared for epoxy but he refuses to admit that. I can't even get ahold of him anymore so I guess I'm out the money. Stay far away from Mr. Wanko. The name says it all.

I would not hesitate to give John future business. He was extremely professional, did an amazing job on our driveway reseal, and was happy to come back out and reseal spots that an unexpected rain storm managed to wash away before it had a chance to dry. He stands by his word, which is not something you find every day. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
