Gene, Michael and Mikey are awesome! They are thorough and professional but also honest and down to earth. Their turnaround time for service and the report was really quick! Here within 2 days and inspection report to my email within 20 minutes. They are fair priced, if not cheaper than other big companies and are still extremely detailed and didn't rush to get on to the next guy. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if needed! Overall, their business is top notch and the people are great!

Eye Spy was extremely responsive in quickly scheduling my inspection. They arrived on time, were thorough in the inspection, and sent my report within an hour of completion. The home owner had a flat tire and Eye Spy gave him a patch and helped him inflate his tire. They are truly full service and all around good people to work with. Highly recommend!!

I just hired Gene for a home inspection in Ogden. I work in sales so I called 10 Home Inspectors and got quotes and my realtor also got me a few quotes and this was the best price. $400 for a 1800 square foot house. He just completed the inspection today and sent the report two hours later. He went over it with me and gave me a few referrals on people who can help me fix the few issues for a reasonable price. This was an honest inspector and someone I will definitely use as I continue to invest in Wilmington.

Horrible. The worst, I am so regretful that this man was entrusted with the inspection of my house. I've now owned the house for 9 months....the electric is rigged, there's a major moisture issue underneath the house causing the need for a very expensive dehydration system, 6 floor joists need to replaced....a whole lot of subflooring needs replacement from years of moisture, the HVAC system in its entirety needed to be replaced after completely dying....the list goes on. Again, all in the first 9 months of owning it. He passed repairs that were never completed, even after the 2nd inspection. Terrible! There are too many inspectors around to ever use this guy while in the buying process.

Gene did a wonderful job taking care of my buyers. Answering every one of their nervous questions. He explained his process of inspection and his findings to them clearly. He was detailed oriented and easy to listen to. The report was emailed to us less than 30 minutes after we locked the house back up. Great service!

Gene's insight kept me from making a huge mistake on a house I was ready to buy. His extensive list of needs included some obvious defects, but also included some electrical and plumbing issues that I never would have noticed. With all of his experience, he knows what to look for, and he understands that fixing some rotten wood won't matter if the source of the moisture isn't fixed.

We used this company to inspect our single family home before purchase about 4 years ago. They did a great job. They provided a thorough description of everything that needed repair including pictures. I would definitely use them again.
