I have been coming here for almost ten years now and have had nothing but a great experience. From basic cleanings, to braces, to extractions, to Invisalign. I've done it all and the entire staff is wonderful. From the moment you walk in til the second you leave you're treated with the best care and by some of the most friendly people. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my dental work!

I went to this dental office first 4 years ago and they found something they needed to be done beyond cleaning on most visits. My issue is that I received a crown 3 years ago which was not done well and has resulted in a replacement to be done. I have moved and unable to go back so I had it done which I found out afterwards was not covered as it was within a 5 year period. It cost 930.00 to replace. I question the quality of the dental work.

I've been going to this dental office since May 2023. I had an old crown that I had replaced in November. Recently it's been bothering me. I left a message Friday evening, was called back early Saturday am. Someone came into the office while they were closed. I brought my 2 year old with, as I had no other options. They were so kind. Helped me. My life has been very hard the last few years, I barely have time to breathe. The kindness they've shown me at every visit means a lot. How I was treated today is something I didn't even think was possible with a dentist office. I 10 out of 10 recommend Family Dental Station. My two teens also have informed me this is their favorite dentist as well.

I received a call (just as I left for my appointment) telling me that I needed to reschedule my appointment, because I never confirmed. However, I have a screenshot as proof with a timestamp showing that I confirmed my appointment on the day I received the confirmation message and prior to the office closing.
I scheduled this appointment in advance, took the day off of work and found childcare for my toddler only to have my time, efforts and my babysitter's time wasted.
If you are a work from home/stay at home parent of a young child you know how tricky it is to make weekday appointments work (since most places do not provide weekend services). You know the time and effort it takes to prepare everything for a babysitter in general!
Customers and clients are penalized for showing up late/being a no show to appointments (as they should be). Where is the accountability when the dental/doctor office fails to read their confirmation texts and cancels literally a half hour before the client's appointment?Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Windy E.Glendale, AZ01Dec 12, 2023
The worst experience I have had with a dental office. From check in to billing. it's a total circus show. They do unnecessary things just to bill your insurance. Front desk was rude and incompetent, not even making an effort to find out the information I needed. Yesterday I received a bill that is charging me 30 day late fee and this is my first bill. The only charge I agreed to was the cost of fluoride so I don't know what I actually being billed for And I have duel coverage. Don't waste your time and hard earned money dealing with these shady people. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I don't understand why this dentistry has low ratings. All of the people who work here are phenomenal at what they do. Ben is always on it to help, adjust, or improve someone's visit. All of the dental assistants are very knowledgeable and care greatly about the quality of work being done. The doctors always make sure to check up on everyone, and they even focus on the small things such as remembering patients names even if they aren't working with them. Have been going here for many years and plan to continue going here for many more. - Colby

The short- The appointment process and the office staff was such a nightmare I'm no longer interested in joining this practice. I pay attention to red flags.
The longer- Dental Station offers an online booking process, which I loved. Seemed easy and hassle free.
2 days before my appointment I get a text asking me to please confirm appt. I do so. I receive an email that my appt is confirmed. Then I missed a call from the office stating they've received my request for an appointment. I call back and the lady who takes my call has no clue who I am, repeatedly asks for my info, shows me nowhere in the system. I ask them to check and call me back. They call and say the appt is not confirmed. That the online system is just a request and they'll later determine if they have the availability. This is bizarre to me. I ask the woman- so the online booking, the confirm appointment texts, the multiple "Your appointment is confirmed!", emails, all mean maybe and no confirmation?? She says, That's correct. Ummm what??!! Then they tell me they have to verify my coverage. They say my carrier doesn't accept them. I tell them I have an email from my carrier stating their office is the closest in network and specifically lists Dr. Arthurs. Another call back later they tell me my insurance is wrong and that I have to establish a home dental office. I try to explain to the woman that was what I was doing with their practice but she repeatedly spoke over me and interrupted me. She was so incredibly rude. I just thanked her for her time and disconnected the call. This office is showing me what a nightmare they are, I am going to listen and find another provider that values business.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sean N.Cerritos, CA012Jun 7, 2023
I had to have an emergency tooth extraction a few weeks ago while I was visiting family in Arizona. I contacted Family Dental Station and they provided an awesome service. Their attentiveness, attention to detail and their professionalism made me feel the comfort needed in this stressful situation. I'd definitely recommend Family Dental Station to the locals.

Incredibly unprofessional office all around. I chose to apply for care credit for my orthodontic work and the woman helping me questioned the income I put down three times, she said the words "are you sure you make that much". When I went in for my first set of Invisalign liners I waited over an hour, time I took off work, just for them to tell me they hadn't arrived but no one bothered to call and reschedule my appointment. Another time I showed up for my new liners that also didn't have them, I came back two days later and the tech laughed saying they "put them in the wrong place". I then moved states and had to call three times over the course of a month asking for my records to be transferred, I even had to push my appt with my new dentist back because of the delay. I also contacted Invisalign about transferring my case and they said most dentist will provide a refund for unfinished liner work but when I called they refused to provide any sort of refund and told me the wrong amount that I paid, showing they don't even keep accurate records. So you can blast Christian music all you want, it won't cover up the fact that you are clearly only concerned about making money.
