Farmers Insurance - Damon Burian

Went to lunch for a 1 to 1 with Damon to talk business, what a cool dude.

He is going to quote my Insurance when it renews in Jan, I am looking forward to it and hopefully he will save me money.

Damon is very knowledgeable when it comes to financial planning and insurance also excels at providing coverage for you to make sure that your financial needs are met while striving to be cost effective without short changing coverage.

I've used this agency for over a decade, and Damon specifically, since he started, maybe 3 years ago? He has always been responsive to calls and emails, and is a helpful interface to dealing with Farmers.

Sadly, we've had several claims with Damon, and he's always shown us what is needed and helped us file claims every time.

After 10 years of insurance with State Farm and having no claims suddenly my homeowner's insurance nearly doubled so I began to shop around and met Damon. I instantly liked him because I went in there to get quotes for homeowners and auto insurance and that's exactly what he gave me. Instead of trying to sell me a bunch of crap I didn't want. Plus the quotes were awesome. Then, about six months later a lady T-boned me and so I filed a claim. The adjuster called me the next day but after that it would never return my calls so out of frustration I emailed Damon, not once but a few times and always received a response within an hour. And whilel it's not over yet I now have faith that I will be satisfied with the results. Either way, ill keep you updated. To make a long story short I'm just going to include thank you letter I sent him for his help. Trust me this is a guy you want on your team.....

Good work ! Thanks allot for your help. Somehow you shook that tree until the nuts fell out, something Im usually pretty good at but clearly you are the man! I think in the future a companies success or failure will ride on just one thing, superior customer service. In this age of technology it is the only thing they have to differentiate themselves from the competition. Clearly you get that. Thanks again, i think you should be running the place!.... Michael
