Fashion Spa Massage

My regular spa was busy so I booked a massage here. Mimi worked on me and it was excellent. She checked in frequently about the right amount of pressure and focused on all the areas I told her about that needed attention. She had me turn on my side to address my trapezius muscles and it was magical. I will definitely be going back.

I am a truck driver and have had a hard time with lower back pain lately. That is when someone mentioned they have stopped here and had great success, so I thought I would give it a try.
All I can say is, wow! I am feeling 100% better. Not just my lower back, but also I had some pain in my left calf that is also pretty much over and done with.
I can't say enough good about this place. You will not be disappointed!

Looking most of the morning found this walking location. NO options for message found inside had a great session fill much better than I did on arrival.

I made an online appointment for a couples massage for me and my best friend. The therapist called me to confirm the appointment. The couples massage room was great with comfortable and clean sheets, hot towels, and a glorious massage. Both therapists were excellent focusing on our needs and sore body parts. We both received a full-body massage finished with a relaxing head, face, and neck massage. Great place for couples or anyone who needs a great massage.

I took my 14 year old there and they were very nice. I had a room that could open up if we wanted it to. They Made us feel very welcome and we will be back very Soon.

This is a relatively new massage spa that I found online while vacationing in SLC. After two long days on the ski slopes, I was looking for a therapeutic "sports"style massage, not Swedish. Sheri the masseuse gave me the best massage I have ever received! She is a highly skilled practionator who knows what she is doing.

The massage consisted of a combination of stretching, kneading and pushing the muscles, then a more soothing hot oil massage with hot stones. It has many elements of a chinese massage and deep tissue. The overall combination was fantastic. This is not an "easy" massage. Sheri will work and stretch your muscles and joints using just the right combination of positioning, force, and motion. She speaks excellent english and can easily adjust the applied force to your liking.

After skiing I have a lot of leg muscle tightness. This is first massage I have ever received where the practionator enabled a long, slow, stretch of my quads. Awesome!

In summary, Sheri is a professional. The private rooms are quite large, just the right temperature, soft music, and tastefully decorated. You will receive a great full body massage. If you are looking for HE, then look elsewhere. Thank you Sheri and Fashion Spa, I will be returning soon!

I called fashion spa massage last minute and they were able to get me in within the hour. The place is clean and nice. They had a fire place space heater in the room with lots of beautiful boho deco. Sophia came in and massaged everything from my feet to the top of my head. My body was in heaven. She even did a chakra balance for me and showed me how she was using the tool. She went the extra mile and used a gasha to scrape my face and shoulder muscles that were holding extra tension. I will definitely keep coming here.

Let's talk about the garbage experience I just had with this place. I walked in a few minutes ago and asked for an hour massage. The lady said she could do a half hour massage because she had an appointment. No problem.
$45 for a half-hour massage.
Uh, that's a little steep, but ok.
She then asked for payment.
Before the massage.
Never in my life had I had to pay *before* a massage, but ok. So I hand her my credit card and she said "$5 charge ok?" UH. FIVE DOLLARS for a credit card process?? So--in case math isn't your strong suit--that's $50 for a HALF-HOUR massage.
Ridiculous, but I just needed someone to work on my shoulder, so fine.
She processed the payment, handed me the receipt to sign, and I filled out $0 for a tip because, uh, the massage hadn't happened yet.
The woman then REFUSED TO MASSAGE ME UNTIL I PAID HER A TIP.
Let me repeat: the massage HADN'T. HAPPENED. YET. She graciously explained that $10 would be plenty. At that point, I'd had enough and asked to cancel the transaction.
The lady said she couldn't cancel and called her boss, then proceeded to have a long conversation with her boss in Thai. The boss on the phone said the lady didn't know how to cancel the transaction, so she'd refund me in cash.
At that point, the massage lady GRABBED MY ARM AND BEGAN PULLING ME INTO THE MASSAGE ROOM, insisting that I not cancel the transaction and that she be allowed to massage me.
I said, "Absolutely not. Cancel." And finally she brought back $50 in cash.
What a complete trainwreck of an encounter and what a horribly run business this is. Take your business elsewhere.

This is not your typical watered down Massage Envy massage. This is bodywork.

First, its one of the cleanest facilities I have been in in all of Salt Lake. I am used to having to deal with all sorts of facility qualities (hailing from Brooklyn, NY) and have been SHOCKED at how dirty some other places in Salt Lake have been - but here, the waiting room area and the rooms were spotless and well attended to.

Second, on the contrary to the other reviewers - the staff spoke pretty decent english and we had complete conversations.

Third, the massage itself was fantastic. The therapist responded to my feedback about the intensity (needing more or less depending) and was also intuitive in the way that she changed up how she was performing the bodywork depending on how tight or loose I was - even offering hot stones to help with one of my shoulder issues. I have been to several other "spa" like places around Sugar House and was disappointed at the generic quality of the massages.

This place is well worth the money - especially considering that for 60 bucks elsewhere you are rushed in, get the same massage as everyone else regardless of your needs and rushed out.

This place is legit. Nice atmosphere. Neat. Clean. Insanely awesome massage. Neither Sherry or LuLu are willing to leave any knot or tightness unattended. A lot of massages are like horse rides at resorts, there is a trail and they will follow it. Not here, they go where your aches and pains tell them to. The result is that you feel wrung out in a good way, relaxed and rested. And language is not an issue. Highly recommended.
