Fence City

I'd use again. I didn't have them install my fence, so no comment on that service. I did purchase sections and gates for a wooden fence, and their price beat everyone. The only thing I had to do was drive from Maryland to pick it up. Sure that's a pain, but the price was worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the most disorganized place I've ever seen. The Forman can't read and yells at everyone, while the other doesn't do anything at all. I literally saw the old Forman (mark) sit on the ground for half the day. The employees who work there are just as bad. They're on their phones for most of the day making me feel I'm paying for laziness not quality. Horrible and just sad frankly

I have been telling everyone about the exceptional service I received from this outfit. The fence that was installed looks AMAZING! Not only does the fence look great, the service was impeccable! The crew actually cleared some large items from the fenced area, before installing the fence, because they knew it wouldn't fit through the gate, once the fence was installed. I had to run a few errands, and came home to find a whole new fenced area, complete with gates, in far less time than was estimated for the project! The crew had a smile on their face the whole time! Too bad there are only 5 stars, because I would definitely like to give them more.

The WORST!!!! The fence they put in was the one I chose and looked nice but the gates were horrible and their customer service AFTER I paid my bill was terrible even though they had promised to fix the problem. They even hung up on me!!! I would avoid Fence City at all costs. I am researching smaller more personalized fence companies for my new house. The quotes are not any more money than Fence City. I assumed b/c Fence City would be cheaper b/c they are big but the prices are comparable. Just thought I should put a warning out there!!

Fence City installed a fence for us yesterday and they did a great job! We had some sections of our back yard that were difficult, but they made a custom fence to fit our needs. They were great to work with and I would definitely recommend fence city!!!

From start to finish, five-stars. Fence City installed a beautiful, sturdy, and well built fence for us. I see these other reviews rating Fence City one-star, we couldn't have had a better experience. The sales consultant was friendly and professional, he came to our house, asked what the primary reason for installing a new fence was and provided suggestions, options and guidance. The day of the install was freezing in February and the guys were awesome. They explained exactly what they'd be doing, strung up the back-yard to provide a line and asked that we sign-off on the plan. After two full days of installation, we basically had a new, enclosed yard. The fence is exactly what we hoped it would be. Highly recommend.
