Love, Fetch! Pet care. We use them weekly. Our goldendoodle Norman who is in love with Vanessa and Catherine. They are considerate and concerned for not only in Norman, but also for the family.

Well they are good for dogs but don't have them take care of horses or your house. I had the owner stay here, it was during a cold snap, but they are clueless re horse care and winter chores. (like filling water troughs, ). While they were nice people, they were out of their comfort zone with horses and chickens. Tammy is afraid of birds BTW.
It all turned out ok and no horse colic ed or died but it wasn't worth the $ having sub standard care. They are obviously dog people.

From the initial visit to evaluate our needs for our cat, the owner and the person who was going to provide the care both showed up, we found this very advantageous since it allowed us to see how our cat would reach to her and it was great. We used Fetch for a week while we were traveling and used the App as well as we got emails showing the time the sitter was there, what she did (play time, pet time, clean litter box, checked food and water, etc) and sent a few pictures (we call them proof of life ;-)) and the were all great! also got a few lines about the visit - so the app / email was great and we could tell our cat was in great hands!
Also, the online payment process was easy as well!

We needed a last minute in home sitting service for our 2 Goldendoodles for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Tammy, the owner, was quick to locate a sitter for our furry family members. Vanessa, our sitter, invited them in and eased their anxiety by making them feel right at home. Vanessa sent pictures and daily updates to ease our concerns of leaving them. She went above and beyond what was expected. We would definitely recommend Fetch services and will be using them again in the future.

Fetch! Is an amazing service. I've used two pet sitters to stay with my elderly dogs while out of town. They are trustworthy, caring and made me feel like I could at least relax knowing my doggos were well taken care of. Both of my dogs require extra care and medications and they were very well take care of. I had the sitters stay overnight a few days each time and both times they took great care of my dogs and place. They were clean and respectful. My dogs seemed sad to have them go haha. Took them on their walks, sent me pics & journal every day. Very communicative. Highly recommend!

Lupita was the sitter for my cat. She did a great job with Fuzzy and picking up the mail and packages! The app is pretty darn good too!

However. I felt, if you were looking for pet care, you would want to know.
I booked my last engagement with Fetch for my cat (affectionate-needy orange tabby who is currently an only pet) for about a week going up to New Mexico and you want someone to check in on your pet to make sure they have food and water but also to spend time with them so they get some exercise and aren't bored or anxious and knock everything off your countertops. He's a cat; he has the ability to mostly handle himself without a person being around all day and that's where the problem is.
Previously with Fetch or other caretakers, they leave a log for each day or you get photos/video messages for the days you're gone. I have had awesome sitters in previous trips that clearly liked spending time giving belly rubs, etc. This last visit, I didn't get daily pics, which is not ideal but fine, and no log when I returned. Okay. He had some dry food and the litter box wasn't a mess and there was a bunch of wet food out in the bowl, weirdly in the middle of the living room. Cat was super clingy but okay. Got in late after the super long drive, go to bed, ready to sleep in and do laundry, etc. in the morning.
I get a text that next evening with a video of the cat. I reply that I am at home - why are you sending me a cat video now? She saws she took it that morning. I have been in the house all day. Check my booking - oh, I did book through today. And she definitely wasn't here today to come through and take care of the cat. Oh, good. Called manager/scheduler just to state facts. Called sitter out on it in our conversation. Sitter did apologize for lying - but that does me no good.
So, you've lost my business. I can't trust pictures or video and I don't intend on setting up baby monitors or Skype for what I'm paying you for. I can't depend on your vetting of your sitters now and it makes me question the care I have had in the past. If I pay for a visit every day, then that's what should happen - I know the cat can go with less, but that's not what I contracted and since I hired a human not an automatic feeder for a reason, this was not just disappointing it was trust-breaking.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Vickie, I am so sorry, as you know the service was in October 2016 and I bought the company in December 2016. That does not minimize the bad service, I looked into it and terminated the sitter. Thanks for your comments and God bless you. Keith

They're even working on Christmas! They take good care of your babies and they remember them between bookings. Best group of pet sitters I've found in town and I'm very particular about who I'll let look after my fur baby. A+!

Kat, Thanks for your review, the nice thing is your pets - dog or cat need us most on holidays. Most clients want to travel during the holidays but generally don't want to take their pets to a friend or relatives home. We work all holidays and when a sitter is on vacation we have 9 other sitters to cover. Keith

We used Fetch! pet taxi to pick up our two dogs from the kennel where they were boarding and bring them home. I was a bit worried because they had never been picked up by anyone but me, the lady who brought them home loved them and they loved her! We were totally pleased with the entire process and would definitely use Fetch again. I would also recommend their services to friends. And I'm fussy.
