Fetch! Pet Care

I booked Fetch to pet sit my 3 cats during the holidays because my normal sitter was booked. While I was away, I felt very confident with the service, receiving text messages and sometimes pictures. The sitter assured me that my cats were being taken care of and that she was visiting each day. I returned early from my trip and was HORRIFIED at the conditions that my cats were left in. They had NO WATER. They had NO LITTER. They were FAMISHED. It appeared that the sitter had not been to my house in days!!

Further, the sitter texted me the day before my return confirming that she had changed the bag on the automatic litter box. However, the litter box had not been cleaned since I left and the full bag was preventing the litter box from cleaning itself. My cats were forced to use a filthy box for the entire time I was away.

I have called Fetch twice since the incident, I have left 2 voicemails and no one has returned my calls!! The sitter was supposed to return my keys today, no contact!!

I received a call from Fetch today and spoke with a supervisor about my experience. He apologized and sincerely meant it. He offered a refund for 2 days of service. After discussing the matter further, a full refund was issued. I changed my review from 1 to 2 stars, but still would not recommend the service.

After checking my credit card statement, I realized that no refund had actually been issued. Back to one star. Do NOT use this service!!

Whenever I am away I always leave my dog, Charlie with Fetch!

I was away in Jamaica with the family over Christmas and Hanukkah. Even with the holidays, Fetch found room for our dog.

We use Deb who is located in Center City, Philadelphia, but they have locations where you can drop your dog off all over the area.

Deb is great as she is very professional and well-experienced. She welcomed Charlie into her home and set up a place for her to hang out.

Deb always sends thorough email reports on how Charlie is doing. Deb was also very kind and left us a note a little present for the holidays.
Would definitely recommend Fetch!

I couldn't believe how easy this was. We thought it was too last minute to find a cat sitter (especially over a holiday weekend). Not only did we get a sitter, but Danielle was awesome. She sent us pictures and wrote diary entries each day. It meant so much to be able to see how our cat was doing while we were so far away. I also thought this would be crazy expensive but the prices were really reasonable. It was a relief to find Fetch!

My neighbor used Fetch again and the sitter was very nice. I met him while he was visiting her cats. His name is Chris. My neighbor said he did an excellent job, just like the last Fetch sitter back in December. Several people I know use them now. When I get my new puppy, I will be trying them out myself. I only wish they had comps to get people started.

I used Fetch in the main line service area previously which was great. When I switched to center city I was assured that my pet sitter would be able to administer medications to my pet however that was not the case. I had to cancel my services after 1 day and end my trip early.

I am so grateful that I discovered Fetch! Pet Care of Center City. When we needed to leave town for Thanksgiving, I absolutely refused to put our two kitties in a kennel, and thankfully my fiance agreed with me. But we were stuck with what to do, so I searched online, found Fetch had good reviews, and decided to choose them over the other few similar services.

They responded immediately to my request and set up an appointment for Deb to come over and be introduced to both of our cats and see where their stuff was around the apartment. Deb was prompt and really friendly, and while we were away would send me daily email reports on her visits and how they were doing. When we came home, not only was there a note thanking us for using her, but also how much she loved taking care of our two cats - who were clearly spoiled rotten (in a good way), and happy for a new playmate whenever we have to go away. Now I always turn to Fetch! and Deb when we need someone to take care of our cats because I know that our cats are being given such good care and attention (treats! laser and toy playtime!) from someone I know I can trust within our apartment.

I have lived in Philly 11+ years and have used several pet sitting services.My friend was going to cat sit for me, but, she moved out of state sooner than expected,so, I searched Yelp and online and found Fetch! Pet Care.
I give Fetch! Pet Care 5 stars because after initial consultation with my sitter Synae, I felt in my heart she was a true cat lover(well animal lover). Her eyes lit up when I introduced her to my shy, sweet kitty. I felt so at ease after that. Sugar will hide under bed if she is afraid of a human, but,her breed generally prefers humans over other animals (especially doggies). Synae, sent me updates with pictures so I could see exactly where my girl was.(and she was never under the bed)! It made me feel better leaving my furby. The whole process to get setup is simple and stress-free. I even called a couple times to change info. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant. Yes, definitely, when I go away again, I will call Fetch!Thanks!

We just moved into the city and our dogs have been struggling adjusting from northern CA suburbs. We decided to get pet care for a trip to NYC we wanted to take and we were a bit nervous for our two senior boxers. Fetch however, from the beginning of the process to our first pet visit, put us at ease. Every part of the process went so smooth, the company is very organized, and our pet sitter Jordan was wonderful! We will continue to use Fetch services for any future pet sitting needs :)

I like that from the start, I always have the same pet sitter assigned to take care of our pets. Because of that, she not only knows the routine, the pets like her and are not afraid. My cat met her initially as a kitten and is very friendly towards her now though not so with other visitors to my home. I have had a very positive experience dealing with the professionalism of the staff in the office to the interaction between my sitter and my three pets. I definitely would recommend Fetch! if you would like a reliable pet sitter!

Being new to Philadelphia we didn't know anyone who could watch our cat while we were away. Thankfully we found Fetch Pet Care and were amazed at how thorough they were on their first visit. They came early to meet Otis, they asked every question possible to ensure that they could care for our cat in the best way, and they left this cute report card for when we came home. You can really tell that they care for our cat and know that he is a part of our family. Oh yeah and they'll water your plants if you need them to!
